Quality has definitely gone down

I purchased warranty with my vehicle when I purchased it back in 2016 and I was repeatedly told I didn’t have any so it felt like a waste of money. Fast forward to 2024 I get told that I… actually did have warranty the whole time and it expired in 2022. There was nothing offered to me for this mistake other than “oh sorry the person who told you you didn’t have warranty was a b***” now my ac compressor went out and I’m being charged a ridiculous amount because it is not covered by any type of warranty. How does the ac compressor go out on a car that is less than 10 years old? I’ve repeatedly had ac issues with my vehicle. I thought Honda was supposed to be reliable but now I will make sure my next vehicle is a ToyotaWe are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Concord Honda, but will take this opportunity to improve. Kenji the service advisor that I had a pleasure with working with was the most helpful and honest person to work when bringing in my pilot for service. Also had a pleasure with working Tim the service manger. 2023 Honda Accord

The staff was friendly and professional, and they completed the service quickly and… efficiently. Not only did they change the oil, but they also checked other vital fluids and components, providing me with peace of mind. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable.
