    I totally love my new is250 which I did s trade in upgraded my older lexus to the newer lexus. The experience was amazing out sales representative was awesome. :)

    Recently purchased my second ES from Lexus of Cerritos. Think I'd go back again if I would of had a bad experience the first time? Of course not. Ask for Byron Boyken, he'll take good care of you. I promise.

    On 3/18/15 we went to Lexus of Cerritos to purchase a 2015 ES350. We were told Lexus of Cerritos would do a dealer trade to get the vehicle we wanted and it would be at Lexus of Cerritos in the morning of 3/19/15. We arrived at noon on 3/19/15 with CASH to purchase the vehicle but there was no vehicle! We received no apology on a statement by Sales Manager Walid Sarak that "we were not satisfied with Lexus of Cerritos and maybe should not make the purchase with them" sounds like they were back pedaling to me, promised something they were unable to deliver !! What kind of sales manager would say such a thing?? That is not what Lexus stands for!! Needless to say Lexus of Cerritos let cash walk right out there door with no apology and no effort to make it right!!

    I recently purchased a new RX 450h from the dealership. I arrived knowing what I wanted and my salesperson, Aref Abeji, was friendly and professional in showing me the features of the vehicle. He didn't play any of the usual "salesman" games, but made a real effort to make the deal work for both of us. Other than a weird valuation on my trade-in that slowed down the purchase by a day (which Aref worked to correct), my experience with the dealership was very good. Aref also followed up after the sale to make sure I didn't have any questions regarding the vehicle or its functions, which I appreciated.

    I already knew what car model and color I wanted. I called the dealership and they said they had one left. I quickly went to the dealership and spoke to Moon. I was able to lease the vehicle in a few hours. My old car needed to be returned (lease ended) in a few days and the dealership let me leave the new Lexus there for free. They even delivered it to my work a few days later when I returned my old vehicle. Quality service. I'm very pleased with my experience through sales, credit check, lease signing, storage, and delivery. This was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had.

    Went to Lexus of Cerritos for new car, I got great service here, got the car I wanted at a very decent price. Great help from Mark Chammae, very friend and helpful. If you're looking for a Lexus, I recommend give Lexus of Cerritos a try first.

    Lexus of Cerritos offere the best deals and simple buyinv experience. No beating around the bush negotiation practices. Just straight up pricing and quick easy process. This is how car buying should be. Look for Lexi Tra in internet sales department. She is the best! A great solution solver and excellent customer service!

    I was in the market for a new vehicle to replace a lease Lexus IS250. I knew the dependability of the Lexus line and wanted the vehicle to also be a Lexus. Then I saw the Lexus NX200T and knew that it was the car I wanted. I corresponded with 4 different Lexus dealers and was introduced to Al Cantara, a Fleet/Internet Manager for Lexus of Cerritos. We spoke through email for a couple of weeks looking and locating the vehicle in the color that I wanted. He even went a step further and gave me options that the other dealers either neglected or was not able to do in order to obtain the vehicle I wanted. We finally met in person and he was the most helpful Sales Representative at ANY car dealer that I have visited. He helped me get a great deal on a new 2015 Lexus NX200T in the color I wanted and even help me with the return process for my IS250. Let's just say that out of the four dealers that i was communicating with Al at Lexus of Cerritos gave the best deal, best experience, and best care when it came to getting what I prefer to now as the best car I've ever had!

    I did a complete analysis on Edmunds for the purchase of an ES-350, contacted Lexus of Cerritos via internet and got a quick reply. Made an appointment with Jorge and Lexi for a test drive, completed the test drive, and got an immediate offer from Jorge which was significant lower than what I had expected. Impressed with the professional approach by everyone at Lexus of Cerritos and highly recommend Jorge and Lexi for a non-stressful and no pressure shopping experience.

    We drove out the Lincoln dealership, after having service done on our Navigator, and into the Lexus dealership. About 3 hours later we drove home in our new RX350. The car buying experience was great and we love our new vehicle. Salesperson was very attentive to our needs and made the experience rewarding.

    We were on the market to purchase a new Lexus 300 hybrid. We dreaded the whole car-buying process--the haggling over price, etc.-- and began the search using Edmunds. After negotiating with several dealers who contacted us, we decided to purchase with Lexus of Cerritos. Peter Agnew was our salesman and boy was he terrific! From the moment we walked into the showroom, and saw and test-drove the car, he was knowledgeable, friendly, down-to-earth, and made the entire purchasing process an absolute pleasure. The next day he phoned to ask us how we were enjoying the car. When I told him we still had questions about operating the car, he told us he was going to be in our area later that day and offered to stop by our home to answer our questions and show us some additional features on the car! What car salesman/dealership does that? Peter goes above and beyond the call of duty to beat anyone’s price, and makes the car buying experience a positive and memorable one! Peter is honest, kind, upbeat, personable, intelligent, fun to talk with, and makes you feel totally comfortable asking all sorts of questions!     I purchased my brand new 2015 IS 250 at Lexus of Cerritos with the best sales guy ever, Aref Abaji. It was very easy to buy my car with him and he made sure that I was very happy with my car. I wanted specific colors and he was able to locate the exact one I wanted and personally drove it to the dealership for me to pick up. I had filled out all of the main documents the day before and he waited 4 hours his shift had been over just to hand over the keys personally to me. What an amazing sales person! I highly recommend purchasing a Lexus from Cerritos and having Aref Abaji as your salesman. He honestly met all my requirements with the car and made me very happy.

  • Really Bad and Rude Buying Experience at Lexus Cerritos

    The 1 star is for the Sale Manager of Lexus Cerritos. Today I stop ty to purchase 2 cars the GX460 and GS350. Mr. Maher caught us first. He probably having a bad day and mis-communicate with me a lot, but I totally understand that. My friend has been dealing the car with the dealer and he got a deal $34k on the $35.4k price, so it's a $1.4k off. My friend asks me a favor to go and purchase the car from this dealer and helps him drive it back (SF Bay Area) for him since I'm traveling down SoCal. When we test drive, Mr.Maher seems not interested in things I say, just keep going on his own with an extremely aggressive tone of voice. But It seems he having a bad day so I'm not mad at him. Here the thing, when I come, Maher manager act as he doesn't know about the $34k. My wife, sister and I were sitting in Mr.Maher room, and Mr.Maher told us his manager summon us to his room, which to me is really rude to customer. I ask him that since we 4 all already here, why can't he come? Then Mr. Maher went to see his Manager, came back and said: "My manager is busy right now". Wow, busy that quick. Good job! To me, I know that being a car sale person doesn't require a B.S or B.A but I doubt that someone could be a "manager" without one. However, Mr.Manager act as if he doesn't have one. Just a little disappointed but I don't expect much from those people who asking their customers, especially for the ladies, all 3 come to see him. What right such car sale manager has to summon their customers to him? And we even have a referral.

    We bought our LEXUS ES-350 from CERRITOS LEXUS. Peter Agnew, the salesperson is a very pleasant and easy person to deal with. From the time we walked in, to the time we drove out, Peter was respectful, knowledgeable and most of all patient. He spent as much time with us as needed, explaining all the technical operations of the vehicle. We are extremely happy with the professionalism of the salespersons at Cerritos Lexus. .I will recommend PETER to anyone. He is one of the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.     I went to Cerritos Lexus looking for a used certified CT200H. Richard Rodriguez was my sales rep. I hate the sales process but Richard was very professional. After finding the car I wanted to buy be negotiated the price and within 2 hours I had completed the paperwork and financing and on my way home in a certified pre owned CT200H.
