    The purchasing process was super smooth and efficient. Max Oceloti was super helpful and understanding. Has amazing communication and helped with any problem that I had. I would definitely recommend asking for him to help you out when coming to the dealership. T-George was also very reliable as he was very informative about the finance process. Made the financing process very easy to understand and guided me through anything I had questions on. This is definitely the dealership I would do business with in the future. 10/10

  • Experience not as luxury as the vehicle

    The sale service was lackluster, as if I was not valued. My original salesman was not available and the manager & replacement salesman did very little to make me secure or feel valued as a customer. I was sold a vehicle that had unwanted additions and when the salesman was notified I was told you can take that off later. I was not shown any features or how to connect my device to vehicle or customize settings. I was not given vehicle specs until after everything was completed. The saving grace for this dealership has been Richard from service and Hussam from finance. They turned my distaste into acceptance. They gave me a luxury experience to go with my luxury vehicle. Thanks guys!

    Worked with Jovan Beason, he was a fantastic salesperson & I drove 2.5 hours to purchase the car, simply because I wanted to buy it from Jovan (and he made sure he had a car that had everything I wanted). Once I arrived everything ran smoothly, I was very aware of purchase price and numbers, was not pressured to buy the vehicle & everyone was courteous and knowledgable. There were some additional items I needed to have installed on the vehicle, and worked with Gilbert Corral (Sales Manager) to ensure a date/time was set to get this done, he was also very communicative and accommodating.

    Had a great car buying experience with Edgar and Elaine. They were fair, attentive and not too pushy. The Finance Manager was also very professional and was not trying to push services on me. All were great and pleasant to work with.

    I was very pleased with my first visit at Cerritos. I was taken care of by Richard Garcia and he was very helpful and communicated everything I needed to know and scheduled a ride for me to drop me off and pick me up from Cerritos Lexus. I have been to other dealers (Acura) before and Lexus dealer was top notch.

    Even after we had concluded the deal, still were in the dealership for another 2+ hours to complete paper work. Seemed forever.

    Overall, I am satisfied with your service, but there were problems with language communication due to my poor English skills. Fortunately, the staff member in charge brought in a Korean sales staff to serve as an interpreter and was able to complete the job smoothly.

  • New 2024 Lexus SUV Purchase

    2 issues with dealer: Dealer should not let customer drive off site without first making sure phone is properly paired with new car, and review of basic features. There are safety and liability issues associated with new automated car features, such that if buyer is unaware could cause an accident. This item was address by dealer sending a sales rep out to buyers house to review features and answer questions. Waited 4 hours to buy new car, this was after a good faith deposit was left to hold a car in transit and discussions with sales rep over a period of 2 weeks about financing options and trade in. The only thing left to discuss at time of sale was trade in price. Should not have taken an additional 4 hours to complete sale.
