They worked with me to get a great deal on my Toyota Camry SE 2025. The negotiations were… done via phone, text and email. I filled out an application online. When my car arrived at the dealer a few weeks later it was the quickest car buying experience and it was painless. There was no high pressure from the sales team. This is the first time buying a car where I did not have buyers remorse, nor did I resent the dealership for taking advantage of me because they didn’t. Mandi Grudek, Doc Marmour and Emily Harvey were all very nice to work with. There were no hidden fees. They were upfront about everything.Streamlined Sales Experience

He simply provided the information I needed and allowed me to make my own decisions… without any pressure. They provided staff to teach how to setup the integration between the app and car. Super impressed!Can it be - a great car-buying experience?

I probably wouldn’t even have noticed that the side mirror cover had been scratched when they were washing and detailing the car, but they… pointed it out and said they would replace it. And they even sent Junior home with me to pick up a car I ended up trading in. Can’t beat that for customer service.Friendly and professional Service

by Brian in Lake Forest on 01/11/2025Toyota does not support special orders, but a dealer can try to do a dealer swap. They were able to do this for me on a car that was not yet built. It did require my buying a couple of minor features I didn’t need, but the discount I… received more than covered the features. Total time from my first contact to delivery was about 2 months— including Xmas and New Year’s. This was after another dealer strung me along for about 4 months. I guess the car I wanted was “too unique” but shouldn’t have been, since it matched the configuration Toyota uses at Auto shows and for the press — Camry XLE in Ocean Gem with a grey interior and premium plus package. Dealership was very professional and went over the basics on delivery, but I will need to spend some time learning and customizing the dash, entertainment system and other features to my liking. I feel confident that the dealership and salesperson will help me if I run into specific questions. I suggest using YouTube for in depth how to’s on the dash, entertainment system and general features.Incredible car purchase

We were able to get the perfect truck that fit our families needs at a price… that was spectacular especially in the economy! I honestly can say it was Vanessa and Brett’s expertise and professionalism that really sold us on this dealership not only were they able to answer every tedious question we had they also made us feel confident in our desicion without feeling pushed no pressure which was such a relief! If you are looking for a new car or lease definitely check them out !Great internet buy!

When the dealership could provide a delivery date, they notified me. I called and we negotiated a great price. No… pressure to buy extras. At delivery they answered all our questions and programmed my wife's phone and garage door opener into the car. They also invited us to come back if we needed additional help with setting up other features.Amazing service and sales people

Emily H assisted us, help answered the questions, and closed the… deal. Jr. C spent the time to set us up with the app and taught us to use all the bells and whistles. Aaron was friendly and went over the paperwork and it was painless and easy with a huge DocuSign type desk pad. We took pictures with the red bow and truly had a great experience at Toyota Carlsbad.Best first car buying experience!

Came to Toyota first to browse at the new Camrys and a salesperson checked in on me to see if I needed any help or wanted to test drive. No hints of forcing a sale or disregarding a… window shopper. I felt welcomed and comfortable browsing, shopping and buying from here! The sales consultants are friendly and the financing person I closed out with was transparent with the whole process and gave helpful suggestions on what extra stuff I may need instead of trying to stack everything they can.Spectacular Buying Experience

The gentlemen who greeted us by the name of Danny and proceeded to help us was professional, patient and… informative on the different models. We test drove a couple vehicles and ended buying a 2024 Prius and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The entire Toyota team was amazing! Frank was super friendly and cordial. We immediately felt at ease with… Frank’s personality. We advised Frank of our needs and he knew exactly were to point us. The car lot was very well taken care of and all the vehicles (that we looked at) were clean and well maintained. We never felt pressured or uneasy during our experience at this dealership. We were able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. When it came to sit and negotiate the transaction, we were taken to Frank’s office. All the offices were clean and were also well maintained. I really believe that the cleanliness and maintenance of the overall dealership is an extension of Carlsbad Toyota attention to detail and true professionalism. Frank and the team of Carlsbad Toyota made purchase experience super easy and enjoyable. Once we agreed on the price and terms of the purchase, we were introduced to Bob Hessinger (finance manager). Bob then proceeded to close out the purchase of our vehicle. Overall, our experience was great. We would totally recommend Carlsbad Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Just like everybody else in the community, my car purchasing experience was always stressful.… It is hard to get the right car with the right price. Usually it took me multiple trips to the dealership with intensive negotiations before a deal could be reached. Recently I purchased a new car from Toyota Carlsbad. The salesperson is Mr. Joy, and this time my experience is totally different - it is very relaxing. In April, we decided to buy a new Toyota car. We searched some nearby Toyota dealership websites, and made a few phone calls. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal. In early May, Mr. Joy reached out to me through email and answered questions in detail about a new way of purchasing. So we paid a deposit and placed a new car order with all the specifications. During the waiting period, Mr. Joy gave us multiple status updates. Finally the car arrived, and the transaction was finished at Toyota Carlsbad in a professional and pleasant way with the help of Mr. Joy. Mr. Joy is very honest in pricing, and very considerable to provide us with existing incentives. I trust Mr. Joy and Toyota Carlsbad. I will strongly recommend Mr. Joy and Toyota Carlsbad to my friends and anybody who is in the process of purchasing a car.
