Honest, no BS dealer, highly recommend!

I’ve been to many sleepy dealerships (never a Toyota one), mainly Honda. I went in to Santa Cruz Toyota with my guard up, ready to fight, only to find out they’re transparent, fair, kind and don’t play any games. Chuck and Miguel helped me in buying my new Toyota RAV4 and they both exceeded my expectations. The price you see on the window is the price. Period. They don’t try to slip anything past you like other car dealers. These folks are the real deal. They are respectful and have integrity. I’ll never buy another car anywhere but here ❤️

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Our first contact, Bob, did his best to accommodate our needs and was helpful. The Finance person, Marco, was very friendly and made the transaction smooth and pleasant.

    I came in for my 15K service on Tuesday and was blown away by the professionalism of my service writer. I don't have her card with me just now--it figures--but I do believe her name is Chelsea. If I could give her 10 stars that would not be enough. My take-away from that experience? I find that I could do much, much better in my own interactions with the people I work with!

    Up front and personal. I was a previous customer having bought my 1994 Camry off the showroom floor and happily drove it for over 21 years. Sadly, my husband passed away a few years ago and wanted me to keep the 2008 Passat instead of the Camry which I did. But I missed it ~ that's what brought me back to Toyota. Having dealt with the local VW dealership and lousy service, it's a breath of fresh air to deal with competence.

  • Solved my dilemma of the too smart key

    Bryon O’Neal was very helpful. He figured out how, and then showed me how to use the mechanical key to lock the electronic part of the key safely in the car when I go swimming. Before, I had to shrink wrap the key in a water tight bag and take it into the ocean with me - which was not an ideal solution.
