We were in the market for a midsize SUV after my car getting totaled. We shopped around and Mercedes has the best deal for the ev car we’re looking for. Vic was very helpful and answered all of my husband’s questions even his texts in the… middle of the night. Thank you, Vic!

Do not trust Calabasas Mercedes

After paying several hundred dollars for services I expected the car to be properly serviced. I was wrong and… quite disappointed. My wife scheduled another appointment for the repair and was promised a loaner, but when the car was taken in, no loaner was made available. I asked a supervisor to call to discuss the matter and he has not bothered to take the time to call to date. They have NO idea what they're doing. NEVER take your car here for serviceExceptional experience

I think I have the best service writer around.… Paying attention to every detail, everything is explained to me and they let me know what I need right now and what my upcoming repairs will be. Mercedes Of Calabasas is quick to make things happen and I know I am in good care. I truly appreciate the honesty and loyalty.Real customer service
