Do not trust Calabasas Mercedes

The service representative was not reliable or forthright. My wife and I were told two different things on more than one occasion. After paying several hundred dollars for services I expected the car to be properly serviced. I was wrong and quite disappointed. My wife scheduled another appointment for the repair and was promised a loaner, but when the car was taken in, no loaner was made available. I asked a supervisor to call to discuss the matter and he has not bothered to take the time to call to date. They have NO idea what they're doing. NEVER take your car here for service
