Amazing Equinox experience

Sales people were very helpful, After reviewing their inventory, they didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted, but they found one at a nearby dealership and brought that vehicle in for me to test drive, It was the exact make model color and… trim that I was looking for.
Made the purchase on my original sales person’s day off, but the team responded and honored every part of our original agreement
I have no regrets working with them
They made it such an enjoyable experience going through the purchasing process. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Battery issue

The salesmen Told me it would be $195 for diagnosing and if I did that work there it’ll be taken off the bill well I still went in and I got ripped off. The… battery cost 189.00 and they still charged me $425.00.Exactly how buying a car should be

He was never pushy and made sure I had everything I needed. David Guillen on the financing team… was very professional, concise and accommodating. They honored their online pricing (which was significantly lower than the sticker price), there was virtually no haggling, and they didn’t push extended warranties or any extras. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to anybody!Chevy Lifer

by 15488 on 09/01/2019I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and I would have to say this experience has been the worse by far. If I had to do it over again I would never have bought the car from the dealership as the level of communication and the… issues has been exhausting. I sent the GM and Sales Manager a total of 7 message and left messages after I received a welcome email from the dealership where they welcome the buyer to reach out to you or your sales manager and never heard from either of you. During the buying process they decided to charge me California sales tax of 7.75% instead of Colorado sales tax of 6% despite me having the car shipped here to Colorado. Everyone I have talked to in the business including dealers in California told me I should have paid 6% and I would have had to pay 7.75% only if I picked up the car and drove it home. The salesperson couldn't tell me why you insisted in charging me 7.75% (this cost me an extra $500 that wasn't necessary). All he could tell me was that the GM told them to charge it. I had to email the finance guy three times to send me extended warranty details and then again for the cost. Not hearing back from people at this dealership seems to be an epedimic. The only person who has been great at communicating was the licensing person. She has helped me get plates from the DMV (arriving today). I never heard back the GM (4 emails) , the sales manager (3 emails) or the salesperson who still hasn't responded to my messages in regards to receiving my car without temporary tags. I haven't been able to drive the car since it arrived on Tuesday as a result... I will be sure to complete the GMAC survey when it arrives and as a result of this experience I certainly won't ever buy a car from a Chevy dealership and likely not a GMAC dealership again.I just purchased a beautiful 2018 Nissan Sentra from Premier Chevrolet I am
