2 Ford Transit Van's recall work
by Sharonbwine on 04/08/2019I made an appointment last week to bring in my 2 work vans for recall work starting Monday morning. I was told van 1 would be ready by 5pm Monday. I let Ismael know I would pick up van 1 in the morning and drop off van 2. I texted at 8am… asking if van was ready. Ismael called and said van isn’t complete and will be ready by 11:30am. I picked up van 1. I was told van would be washed, it wasn’t and my key chain was lost. We are all busy but what good is an appointment if work can’t be completed on time?Ron Stayer

They took my car at the appointed time and completed the service in the tie they estimated. Raul… explained the service beforehand and then reviewed the service report with me on completion. My car was returned clean and washed.Grody Ford ServIce Department is the best!

I was very late for work after waiting almost an hour they got me a rental car which took more time to process. by neilene415 on 07/27/2014Just left this place. Got supposedly approved on their website with 0 down With the stock # I asked for. When I got there, all of a sudden they wanted $19000 down payment with 29% interest rate WTF!!! My credit can get me 6% interest rates… on cars. Not the best but not the worst either. Their finance manager made me feel like I had the most [non-permissible content removed] credit in the world, nit picking at everything he can to put it down. This isn't my first rodeo with buying vehicles. He sounded arrogant, kept talk over me off when I tried to to say something. Your dealership says your dedicated to customer service. Some customer service. I'll get his name and post it for future reference. He even asked me "What are you gonna do with the car." What kind of a question is that!!! It's like asking Ken Grody Ford, Why are you selling cars? I came to buy a car so I can drive it. It's none of your business what happens after a car leaves a dealership. To me that's a form of stereotyping and judging your customers. VERY OFFENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Never ever going here again!! And if you people at Ken Grody are reading this, I am gonna post this to every review site out there and spread the word about my experience with your dealership.Excellent Service! by memo217 on 03/18/2013updated 08/03/2025the service dept is the sole reason as to why i will never recommend this dealership to even my worse enemy. They were supposed to sell me a Ford Certified vehicle. Instead they sold me a 2002 F150 Harley Davidson with a bad rear end and… non ford coil packs.i bought the 2 year extended powertrain warranty. A few weeks later. They fixed a "seal" on the rear end. Had to pay $100. Then the rear end started going out. They wouldnt work on it because "the tires made to much noise". Making it hard for them to hear the problem. Then the motor went out. A coil pack "that the car came with" went bad. Caused a chain reaction. 3 pistons failed. Because the coil was not a ford brand. Void waranty. This Francisco guy was sooo arrogant and rude. I tried so hard to keep calm with him. Told him thanks for the help nicely. He responded yeah dude and left. So now i have a truck in my yard with a blown motor and bad rear end. So much for my extended waranty. And certified used ford truck. Sales dept rules. Service dept needs some serious looking into. Especially with that young Francisco guy. And their certified cars need to be looked over properly. Or you may end up having Franky telling u "its your word against ours"
