Exceptional Service Experience with Service Advisor Adrian

My car had a problem where, when the gas level reached a quarter tank, it would make a noise and hit the rear part. I took it in multiple times to have this issue checked, but I received… incorrect diagnoses, parts were replaced, and yet the problem remained. Even a specialist directly from BMW came and said that this noise was normal, even suggesting that I was somehow causing the problem. This week, I took my car back and spoke with service advisor Adrian ( BMW Buena Park ) . I explained that I had been dealing with this issue for a long time and that no one had been able to resolve it. Adrian, with great professionalism, listened carefully to my concerns, and with the help of his technician, they finally fixed the problem. I am immensely grateful and highly satisfied with the service provided by Adrian and his technician. by Albitude on 12/15/2024updated 12/24/2024Started off rocky as advisor quoting service was on the vehicle I no longer own, advisor checked in the current vehicle thus inputting info on incorrect vehicle and provided me with special on service to be performed, when my vehicle still… under warranty. At one point he said there was a mistake on the milage as the last service in 2022 showed 40k+ miles and current mileage is 20k+. I was confused at the information he was providing and that's when I said my current vehicle was a 2022 230i. That's when he realized he was looking at the wrong vehicle. Service Customer offered $500 for a 2016 BMW 528i.
by Disrespected 2016 BMW for 500 on 11/12/2024updated 11/18/2024While waiting for my car to be serviced I went to the Sales Dept. to inquire on a pre-owned SUV. I informed I would like to pay cash for the difference and understand the no-haggle pricing associated with AutoNation. The Sales… representative Eric was excellent in showing the car and the test drive. I informed him my car was in service and I was interested in having it appraised to see where I would be. Eric checked in with Winston the Sales Manager and returned with a Value of $500. I seriously told Eric there is a zero missing as a starting point. He mentioned based on the mileage the vehicle will most likely be wholesaled. They never bothered to look at my vehicle. What makes no sense is that Buena Park BMW sends multiple emails offering to buy my vehicle. Eric said something along the lines of {Don't be offended we do this with everyone.} I replied I'm not everyone, I'm your Service Customer and deserve more respect than this. I walked away from the Sales Department and he continued to come back to me at Service waiting area, and asking { What do we need to do to make a deal today.} I asked him has anyone taken a look at my car? It's in service and you have access to inspect it. After multiple times he finally went to the GSM and I was told based on viewing my car they can offer $4,500 to $6,000 for my trade. At this point 3 hours waiting on my car and dealing with Eric, I told him look Edmunds prices my car at $6300 and there is a cash offer of $4500. Why in the world would you start an offer on my car at $500? I feel my loyalty to your brand and Service center means nothing to your Manager. Management never introduced themselves which makes me feel like I was just a number on a paper. It should not have be escalated to the GSM to appraise my vehicle. Eric continued to assist me I even showed him another SUV at another AutoNation Dealership and he offered to find out more information on my behalf. I am only giving 1 star because Eric did everything right accept offer me $500 for my car which is not his fault. Based on my experience I just want to warn any Service Customer to expect a total disconnect from the Sales Department and your loyalty to their Service Department.Hello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Service Agent we worked with was Chris Carillo who provide great customer service and kept both me and my wife informed of what additional… work that should be done on both of our cars. Chris provided the reason why those additional work was needed and how it was covered by the warranty. Any additional cost was discounted at an affordable price so we were able to move forward. by Alexandra on 04/23/2024I have a new BMW i7 and the sunroof shade won’t close. I’ve gone in multiple times for this same issue, but it is never resolved any longer than a day. I picked up my car recently and on the first use of my sunroof shade, it got stuck… again. Makes me wonder if they even tested it a few times. The last time I brought in my car for the same issue, they told me they needed to get a part from Germany and it would take 5-10 business days to receive. I called, texted, and emailed but never got an update. Two months go by and I finally get a response saying they forgot to call me when the part came in.
