Exceptional Service Experience with Service Advisor Adrian

I’m happy but at the same time somewhat dissatisfied. My car had a problem where, when the gas level reached a quarter tank, it would make a noise and hit the rear part. I took it in multiple times to have this issue checked, but I received incorrect diagnoses, parts were replaced, and yet the problem remained. Even a specialist directly from BMW came and said that this noise was normal, even suggesting that I was somehow causing the problem. This week, I took my car back and spoke with service advisor Adrian ( BMW Buena Park ) . I explained that I had been dealing with this issue for a long time and that no one had been able to resolve it. Adrian, with great professionalism, listened carefully to my concerns, and with the help of his technician, they finally fixed the problem. I am immensely grateful and highly satisfied with the service provided by Adrian and his technician. Thank you again Great job !!!!!!!
