BEST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME

My credit isn't the best at the moment and thought I would have to bite the bullet on a car that was older and not able to be a certified pre-owned. Big Joe… and Eddie were able to get me behind the wheel of a car that's only 2 years old, 1 owner, no accidents, high tech and sooo beautiful. They worked hard on my application that had me stressed and somehow made the experience hilarious, calming, and enjoyable. As a woman buying a car on her own, you usually anticipate spending a bit more than you'd like. Toyota of Buena Park was able to find me so many deals that made my payments practically nothing and was able to put me behind the wheel of a car that I'm so in love with. I'm feeling so blessed for all the hard work that was put in for me. I'm smiling everytime I walk out to my driveway because of how much I love my car. I appreciated that they were willing to take my trade-in and even matched the offer I got from another dealership for my Audi. While the paperwork and waiting took about 3-4 hours, it was worth it. Finance person(forgot his name sorry) also helped us to get some of important, basically necessary packages that we would have… missed otherwise. Service department was just a but backed up and had us wait little bit, but we arrived late and it was lunch time too, im sure it is a lot faster other times.
