Muhammad was outstanding he went above and beyond I told him I had to go to Tesla to pick up my vehicle then back to Reno this guy got the whole process done within 40 min with no hiccups with a check in my hand !! Can’t get any better then that .anyone that wants to buy or sell a car go to Muhammad he’ll take care of you .

Had an amazing experience buying my new car - ask for Israel. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for from the get go and he gave me just that! Best new vehicle purchase experience ever. Called the dealership in regards to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Our sales person was Michael Ramirez. Michael was very professional. The car purchasing experience was great and everyone was very friendly. I was confident and felt good during process. Omid and Hugo were both helpful and great. Only issue is once you drive off the lot you are forgotten and impossible to get anyone on the phone. including management. The only department that answers every single time 1st ring is sales department.

Who would've thought that the car buying process would be something to rave about in a review, right? After going through countless dealerships and talking to many salesmen (which of course everyone dreads), I actually had quite the seamless process at Buena Park Toyota. I landed here just by elimination, and boy did they stand out. Jose was my salesman and Jason took care of the financing portion. Everyone was extremely respectful and felt like they truly cared about my needs with the whole experience. I've already recommended BP Toyota to my friends and family. Great job overall!

Really appreciated the customer service provided by Bassam. He was amazing he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, he helped me with my credit application. He was knowledgeable about the cars. I was going for a small affordable car but ended up with the SUV of my dreams at almost the same cost. Hugo from finance gave us a good deal and was able to work with us with our payments. Thank you so much you guys are amazing.

Really appreciated the customer service provided by Bassam. He was knowledgeable about the cars, and reached out to us when one of the cars we were interested in was selling for a lower price. We ended up purchasing a RAV4 hybrid with some add ons close to MSRP because of the dealer discounts, and had a great experience with customer service and the sales team throughout the day. Took about 2-3 hours from start to finish to purchase the car.

Kudos to salesman Steven Lam!! He should be your go-to-person when it comes to your vehicle shopping needs. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. Most importantly, he actually listens to what you are searching for and if you aren’t sure about certain things, he offers an array of choices from which to choose. I never felt pressured into anything that I didn’t want. If I needed any further assistance after driving the 2022 Highlander off the lot, he would be available to help. What more can you ask for?!!!!! Go there now!! Okay, call him first. LOL!

Long drive, great deal

The local Toyota dealership in the Monterey area was asking $18K over MSRP. AutoNation Toyota had the same vehicle, same package and options, “used” with less than 400 miles on the odometer, for $3K below MSRP. Bonus: the certified used warranty is better than the new car warranty.

Muhammed was very prompt in reaching out after I had requested a quote to sell my used vehicle. He also came back with an increased offer, which was nice. My main advice for future interactions would be to provide guidance on what he was doing once he took my license and title. As well as time estimates for how long the paperwork process would take. My wife and I sat for what felt like a considerable amount of time without knowing what was happening before he provided an update, which wasn't helpful to us.
