I felt like he didn't want to be bothered with my concerns. I will request that I not… have him next time. The manager made everything right. The woman who answers the service phone needs training in customer service, big attitude problem. Car was washed and looked great. Only manager and valets are helpful and seem to care.We appreciate this feedback. I have never experienced better service and more caring associates than I have with Rusnak. Always fast and efficient as… promised, and always designed for my conveniency- will always appreciate the loaner cars given to me even when I really needed it (though it was not usually given for service A) and the phone conversations discussing any concerns I had with my car.
