I was approached at the beginning of my sale with a friendly and open attitude by all. Debbra Pound makes it easy to process the necessary paper work and will… go the extra mile to make sure it's completed correctly. Patience is important to me and that's what I expect and receive when I'm there. The one thing I might suggest is to cut down on the time it takes to process the paperwork upstairs.Mercedes SLK355

Amazing experience!

Purchasing a car is usually a painful process but I have to say hands down this purchasing experience… changed my perception. Alicia over at Rusnak Arcadia was so efficient and so on point. I reached out to her via email on a Monday morning and by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday I was sitting in my new car. The negotiation was completelty hassle free. She got me the terms and payment I wanted and the exact car that wanted. Incredible given I had spent the entire previous weekend at 2 other Mercedes dealerships jumping through hoops dealing with goal posts that kept moving and ended up walking out in frustration. Thank you Alicia. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. This is how car buying should be - enjoyable and hassle free. I really felt that I got 5 star customer service and a good deal. Rusnak Arcadia is an hour drive from my home. There are 2 Mercedes dealers each 10 mins from my house but I will 100% make that drive out to Rusnak again for my next car.Wow! This latest experience was an example of why I dont bother to shop anywhere else. His patience,… professionalism and help throughout the process is second to none. From getting back to me right away even if its a text I send him on a day off to staying late so I can stop by and check out the car. I am not easy to work with and I know it. And a special thank you to William and Tony for putting up with my indecisiveness and all their help too. Its rare in any industry that you work with the same team of people for this long.
