I had a rattle coming from my central console and the entire piece needs to be replaced so it may take longer time than a normal service. Surprisingly the new… part arrived early and my car got fixed in less than a day. I used their text system and Joseph has been really responsive about any questions or concerns I had so the entire process was smooth and efficient.Good Dealer！

I emailed an inquiry with information on a similar vehicle at another location that I was headed to buy. They called immediately and told me very… quickly what their bottom line would be. I changed direction while on the phone. No pressure no games. I met with used car manager, Willy Chia, and the team of Billy Kwan, Annie Chin and supervisor Scpott Hong. All professional, courteous and helpful. They were true to their word. The whole process was smooth-even the dreaded meeting with the finance department. Orwin Ham, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. No hard line "up selling" of extras that is the norm at that stage. If you're in the market for a new or used Mercedes I can't recommend these guys enough. Oh yeah, I love my new car.Excellent Service
