Guys, if you’re looking for a great service advisor for you MBZ look no further. Yu Hong Chen at Arcadia MBZ is the best I know.
Reason 1: He think for t customer’s benefit . Do what’s necessary for the customer.
Reason 2: Very… professional, with lots knowledge on MBZ.
Reasons 3: Save money for customers. Do extras for customers.
Reasons 4: Return calls promptly and courteous.

Many of the dealers we spoke to were not nearly as professional as Rusnak. Once we knew Rusnak had the car we… wanted, I was able to work with Billy via email on the price. Billy made us a great deal and it was a super pleasant experience all the way through.Great Customer Service
