Awesome and accommodating service!

Can negotiate with them they were transparent
by Arbi on 07/16/2019I contacted Hardin Honda electronically. They were prompt in responding. I did all my price negotiations via mail, and used pricing from other dealerships for leverage, but made sure that I'm comparing apples with apples. They were clear… and transparent with their pricing and provided their out there door price without much hassle. This was an issues with many other dealerships who will quote you a low price but won't tell you the hidden fees and third party additions that drive up cost and will hide it by not giving you the out the door price (gotta give them your zip code so that they can calculate the correct tax and registration rates). At Hardin, I didn't experience any hard sells or pushiness. They honored the price that they had quoted me online, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so. Most important thing to do before buying a car is to do you homework, get prices and negotiate. My efforts led me to save 15% off from the MSRP. Also, when deciding to email dealerships, create a separate email account as you'll get a ton of automated and spam emails from dealerships.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! First Experience Wasn't Great but, Tamara Fixed It!

They were rude, talked to me as if I was stupid, and were heavily pressuring me into a deal right then and there after I… specifically told them my time frame. My father then had to help out because i wasn't being taken seriously. Then enters Tamara. She was SO helpful and amazing and helped explain everything to us. Honestly the process with her was painless. There needs to be more people in the industry that are like her. I was in my new car in around 3 hours. Another special shoutout to Iman who we were passed to after Tamara to go over all the paper signing. He was quick and to the point and funny.
