The salesman did his best to help as much as he could and give me a great customer experience while still doing his job and what his manager… expects of him. But they also lied and said my car had a warranty on it, asked them multiple times "does It have a warranty or do I need to buy one? They reassured it had one. I checked the VIN number (because I know a Honda employee that can do this for me) through the Honda internal network- and the warranty had already expired. Would have been really nice to know that, or for one salesmen or finance to check before selling the car to someone.2018 Honda Accord

The Finance department agent was pleasant and again did not waste time he offered several plus packages which I declined. The Sale agent had great command of… the product and I was well informed on the vehicles systems.Best experience

by Thunderdude on 04/05/2018I spoke with Jorge on the phone and he gave me a great price for a 2018 Honda Odyssey. I told him that I already have financing and I will not be buying any accessories. He was ok with that. He told me that they would not bother me with any… upselling and told me to just bring the check from my bank, Driver's License and insurance. When I got there, he asked me to fill a credit application. I told him I do not need financing but he said the credit application to confirm who I am. I told him he has my DL to confirm my identity. He then left and brought his sales manager who started his boring sales pitch about how he wants to retire after doing this for 20 years. I asked him why I should be filling a credit application when I don't need any financing from them, he told me that it is their policy and started talking about my identity and Patriot Act crap that I already read on the internet. Their true intention was to run my credit and try to offer me financing to make their commission. I am sure if I reject financing at that point, they would have tried to scam me with selling accessories. They had no intention of selling the car for the price they committed to. If you have your own financing from another bank, you do not have to fill any credit application. This is a scam that car dealerships use to make money and unfortunately, it looks very common. https://www.edmunds.com/car-buying/car-dealership-credit-report-scams-and-the-patriot-act.html Absolutely make sure the dealership doesn't need a credit application if you don't need their financing before you get there.
