EVERY TIME I go there to have our truck serviced, I’ve got the BEST service by far!!!! EVERYONE there are super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. From the salespeople, to the parts department, from the service writers, and even the mechanics themselves are very helpful and friendly. I’ve NEVER had any issues or problems

After dealing with high-pressure salesmen at other dealerships, it was very refreshing to walk into the relaxed atmosphere at Cavenaugh. Spencer was my sales person, and he simply answered my questions and provided what I needed. In fact, my first communication was on the phone. I asked the price of a vehicle, and he told me right there. There were no gimmicks or tricks. Truth. Facts. Simple. It was great to work with Spencer and the dealership as a whole. In spite of their construction going on, and them having to work out of a "job-site trailer," they worked quickly and efficiently and I was in and out quickly. I am very happy with my Hyundai Santa Cruz, and I am very happy to recommend Cavenaugh Hyundai.

Not only do they carry (or can get quickly) a great product, have wonderful service, but the saleman, Michael, we dealt with, went above & beyond to get more than what we were looking for & went so far as to help us do paperwork in the vehicle, due to our health issues! We just purchased our fourth Hyundai from Cavenaugh of Hot Springs. Cody, the General Manager, Eric, our Sales Representative and Jeff, our Finance Representative made our new car purchase a breeze. After 15 years of enjoying our relationship with the folks at Cavenaugh, I have to say they are the friendliest, most courteous and without a doubt the most professional folks I have ever dealt with. Going there for service is something we look forward to because after so many years, we've become like family. They are just a great bunch of folks. We will be Cavenaugh family members until the cows come home.

I had a great experience with Jeff at Cavanaugh Kia in Jonesboro. He was not pushy, he let us drive the car alone (most places a salesman goes with you) and he answered all of our questions. He worked hard to get me the payment I needed. After the purchase, he sat in the car and explained all the buttons and programmed our phones for us. I will definitely advise friends and family the check out Cavanaugh Kia. The Cavanaugh Team is the best!!
