My salesperson was very professional & helpful! Such a gentleman! I had a blowout after the purchase & I regret stressing out & shouting ai him. He's a good guy & really helped me at a stressful period in my life! So sorry, I'm a real idiot! Hope he has an awesome sales month! He deserves it! He remained professional!!

    I Love my Service Rep., Dave Loper. He is honest and makes me feel confident that he is looking out for me with my vehicle. I live in Oro Valley so it is a long drive for me. I wouldn't do it, but it is hard to find an automobile service rep like Dave Loper.

In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have observed that salespeople often lack a comprehensive understanding of the product. However, Taylor Brae conducted thorough research prior to my arrival and made the decision to proceed with the purchase relatively straightforward. Additionally, the fact that I was not transferred to other individuals throughout the process was refreshing. The streamlined approach involving only one person significantly enhanced the overall experience.
