Scheduling is easy. Staff at service department is efficient and friendly. Work is done on time and at estimated quote. Only drawback is outdated coupon system for services.

What a wonderful car buying experience

My service writer was patient and answered all my questions. He did not try to upsell me. Everyone I encountered working that day, was polite and smiling- my car was washed (always a bonus). Royal Kia made a great impression, I'll go back!
