Chrysler Service Survey
by Kelwelz on 01/29/2016Lisa B., is one of the most dedicated Service Representatives I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is a wonderful multi-tasker. For example: Most of the time, I wait in the waiting room and watch TV or whatever, and Lisa's end of⦠the service center is where all the action is. She is talking with customers, checking their cars in, printing their paperwork, on the phone checking auto coverage. She is always smiling at the customers and she comes in and updates us on our cars and it literally makes their waiting for their car a little less boring. Lisa is an asset to the company, and I'm glad you gave me a chance thru this survey to tell you how pleased I am with the service I receive from Lisa and her crew. When the time comes!

Miller Dodge/Tucson Dodge. No one is perfect, but each time we have brought our⦠vehicles the service has been outstanding. Even if things weren't up to par.....they always made it right. We love our service advisor Lisa Beatty. She has been our advisor since we 2009. She isn't just an advisor, but she has also became our friend. Every visit she has always done an outstanding job. Sometimes I think she knows more about our vehicles than we do. Thank you so very much....Thank you for your review! They were able to fit me in with out a problem. A couple of hours later they had fixed the problem and apologized they⦠didn't fix it the first time. 2013 Ram 3500

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars, was the fact that we were in the dealership for over 4 1/2 hours, and we were paying cash for the truck. I could⦠understand that amount of time if one were financing, but to trade a car in and pay cash for the balance, way too long!Thank you for your review!
