    We could not have received or had a better experience with the entire working team at Larry H Miller. From start to finish they made the experience a very personable, professional want to make your experience the best it could be. We really appreciated all the effort and hard work they put in to make the entire purchase fast easy and pleasing for us. They went up and Beyond the average experience of the normal car buying experience. As a first-time brand new not pre-owned buyer they made it feel like a smooth process. We really appreciate everything they did to go the Distance above what the other car dealerships don't bring to the experience of purchasing a vehicle. A big thanks to the whole team.

    I set up an appointment with Cody for April 6, 2017 I met him out front. I decided on three cars to choose from one was a Mustang one was a grand Caravan and the other one was a Chrysler 300. I looked at all three . I decided on the grand Caravan because it had every option . The caravan drove like a sports car. We walked back into the office after driving discuss numbers was very happy with my trade-in price that I got. I then met with the finance manager and usually I'm very intimidated but it was like just talking to a best friend . Signed all the finance papers got the keys. Then Cody gave me a tour of the new facility .The service department I loved it .talked a couple of the managers down there .It was just really a wonderful experience .From one out of 10 I give it a 10 . Cody made the whole experience very stress-free and I got to drive out with the car I wanted . Thank you very much Chip K .

    Sales team was excellent and able to get the right vehicle for me. Ram has weird package option combinations on their trucks and my salesman, Dean, was able to figure it out. He was patient with my requirements and able to ensure we got the truck we wanted in our price point.

  • 2011 Ram Hemi tune up and repair

    Took my 2011 Ram in for a tune up, while at the shop mechanic noted exhaust leaks due to broken exhaust studs. Had both sides replaced with newer studs. Unfortunate for me when I first heard the "ticking" on start up I believed it to be a "Hemi Tick" should have taken it in rather than rely on other opinions, subsequently was out of warranty at 70 months. All in all I received excellent service and accurate quote for the repair. Thank you Lisa for following up for me.

    I live in Utah and found a just listed pre-owned car at Larry H Miller Volkswagen Tuscon. I called and Abid answered the phone. I gave him my credit card number to pay deposit. He said he will talk with manager. I never received the call back. A few hours later I called to confirm. He said there are three people interested in the car. If I really want it, I need to come there the next day. I told him I already pay the deposit. He said it is first come, first serve. After arguing for a while, I agree to flight there the next day morning. I asked him to confirm with manager to hold the car. He went back with confirmation. I booked the ticket with $400 one way flight. He asked me to forward the confirmation letter from Delta. I did and called again to double confirm. He said someone will pick me up at the airport next day. Next morning, I went to the airport. Flight is 9:45am. I received his call from Abid at 9:20 and told me someone just walked in and got the car. He asked me to cancel the ticket. He told me he will talk with manager for this situation. I never received the call. I called him. He never answered the phone. I called store manager, manager just hanged up the phone. I pay over $400 for the ticket and take one day off and never get nothing! This is the worst situation I have ever meet. They are [non-permissible content removed]!!

    Although I have not bought a vehicle from Larry Miller (new to Arizona), the service department has treated me very well. They are friendly, courteous and effective, going out of their way to meet my needs at different times. I prefer Larry Miller Dodge over other Tucson dealers and will most likely buy my next vehicle from them. Their work is completed as scheduled. I feel very comfortable dealing with Larry Miller Dodge. Larry W.

    Everyone one is nice and charming when they're wanting you to buy a vehicle. It's been more than a week and we still haven't finished the finance process. We ended up finding our own bank because no one would give us real answers about where we were in our process. We've tried to stay in contact with the dealership and its team and it's seems that no one there has a care in the world to call back. I'm beyond pissed. We bought a vehicle with them going against our better judgment. Never again will I buy there. Your better off going to Jim Click. They really do care about you even after you have purchased a vehicle. We're still waiting on a finalization on finance. If i could I would rate you with no stars.

    Pay attention when customers are there i was there from 8 pm to 9 pm and did not get assistance not once not a hello how r u or have u been helped. Had tons of questions about vehicles and even walked up to the front of the building and looked at cars and the sales men were all the the front of the building inside talking and looked right at us. A sales man even walked out right passed us. Not even a we will be right with u. We walked the whole lot. Even asked 2 gentleman looking at cars if someone helped and they said no not at all. If you contact us we want go talk to the owner no one else what so ever. My Fiance and i were looking for 2 vehicles to purchase off the lot. Im so disappointed. This dealership / dodge are out of the question 100% for cars

    We have had three service advisers and they were all great will miss them but now we have LISA has are new service adviser and she is wonderful to have thanks for the great, wonderful, going beyond the call of duty work that you guys do .Jim and charlene Edwards

    Bryan Douglas was outstanding from initial contact, understanding my needs and providing an excellent proposal to my specifications right the first time. His insight and recommendations for some of my questions was appreciated. Together we selected the perfect vehicle with exactly the colors, options and features i wanted. Bryan and LHM presented a clear and competivie quote without 'playing the typical car dealer games' so i clearly knew the out the door price as well as the itemized detail--exactly as i requested. I was kept apprised of the vehicle progess through the factory and it arrived as promised. There were a few additional options/accessories that i requested LHM install locally. When I arrived at the preset time to pick up the vehicle, it was PERFECT!! Bryan did a great job to ensure eveything was done as we discussed and honored the verbal conversations as well--he really did great. The others i interacted with, Sylvia in Finance and Rebel to help with delivery familiarization (phone setup, etc.) all had one goal in mind-LISTEN and HELP the customer. I travelled approx 300 miles to deal with LHM Tucson, and Bryan passing MANY RAM dealers along the way, including 2 local ones (near my home) that did not have the customer service mentality. After purchase I received follow-upl contacts/text to clarify a couple questions and ensure everything was to my satisfaction--clearly going above and beyond the call--Bryan is GREAT!! I would highly recommend Larry H Miller RAM Tucson on 22nd Street for an excellent customer experience.

    Our sales person was outstanding. Very professional and helped us and stayed with us thru the entire process. Couldn't have asked for more! Very pleased with the dealership as a whole. Mr. Jimmy checking on everyone from time to time was a very nice touch. Don't see much of that these days.
  • First time at Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram

    The only problem I have is that I am expected to contact Jim Click Dodge over a warranty repair issue. Oxygen sensors on my truck were replaced by Click Dodge this past January 2016 and it looks like they have gone bad again. If in fact they are bad this will the 5th pair of sensors to be installed on my truck. The service advisor at Miller Dodge suggested I contact Click Dodge and ask for them to step up and pay for the replacement of the oxygen sensors. Since the sensors were replaced by a Dodge dealer I would think that any Dodge dealer could do the repairs and be reimbursed for the work done by Dodge. By the way Click Dodge never admitted that the sensors were bad they said it was the wiring harness causing the "check engine light" to come on. There was more service work to be done on my truck and I will be back to Miller Dodge for the rest of the work but not until the issue of the oxygen sensors is resolved and they are replaced.
