I have been telling everyone… I know to go to O'Rielly Chevrolet. No pressure to buy and I got a great deal. Everyone was very kind and you can count on me to be a forever client. I refused so we took back their car and when we got ours back that we traded in they had done all kinds of… unauthorized work to it. What they are not legally allowed to do without title to the car. They even lost my plates. They called me the next day and said they would overy night them to me 3 days later and still haven't received. Sales men and managers were all horrible to deal with!O'rielly Chevrolet

by interactions on 01/10/2015I had have made purchase of four new cars at oriely through out the year and did not experience such poor service as this one, I knew what I wanted and got my car. But when doing the financing their were difference right away. The rebates… were lower than the advertise amount,gap insurance hire than the original amount on the contract and the extended warranty was also increased than the amount that was given in writing. Then the sales pitch that was used were sale person were he gives you a low intrest rate that you are approved for and takes you to financing were they tell you that is not the rate. Bad experience and for bad experience I will take my business elsewhereLow stress and pleasant

No pressure, no aggressiveness, just genuine caring that we bought the best car we could afford. I've always hated the pushy salesmen that want to pressure you into… buying something you don't really want, or that treat you like dirt, but Rodney is a high-class gentleman that asks you what YOU want, then tailors his search to show you however many cars you want until you are satisfied. THEN, he walks you through the sale until you get what you need, whether to the Finance people, service, etc. He doesn't just walk off once you buy the car. You can't go wrong if you want a Chevrolet dealer, if you hook up with Rodney! And no, I don't work for them![non-permissible content removed] at O'Reilly

I made it clear from my first communication with their online dealer that this was a cash sale and that seven to ten days would be required to raise the funds. I… was assured that with a down payment, I could do that. When I got there, the car was not even available for a test drive, although the salesperson assured me that everything would be fine 40 minutes before I arrived. When I got there, the online salesperson passed me off to another salesperson. He and the online "manager" did not uphold any of the commitments the online salesperson made to me. In the end, I left, deciding they did not deserve my business. Two out of three of their employees misled me intentionally just to get me into the store.New Truck Purchase
