Dealership Sales Review
O'Reilly's used car salespeople reinforce the used car salesman stereotype. I made it clear from my first communication with their online dealer that this was a cash sale and that seven to ten days would be required to raise the funds. I was assured that with a down payment, I could do that. When I got there, the car was not even available for a test drive, although the salesperson assured me that everything would be fine 40 minutes before I arrived. When I got there, the online salesperson passed me off to another salesperson. He and the online "manager" did not uphold any of the commitments the online salesperson made to me. In the end, I left, deciding they did not deserve my business. Two out of three of their employees misled me intentionally just to get me into the store.
