by Ken Perry on 03/13/2021After years of saving up and scrimping I had secured financing from my bank for any residual amount. That day I was riding my bike in the neighborhood and was checking out the Dealerships in my area. I hit LHM Dodge Ram first. After a… short bit of looking at the used truck inventory I met Robert Betancourt. What a great guy! Here I am riding a bike around the lot. We got to talking and I told him what I was looking for. Nothing fancy, but I needed a 4 door truck, at least a 4X2 chassis, and the most I could get for what I could afford.. Something that would last a long time.. In the $30K price range. We looked at the Inventory on the Lot, but all were too much for my budget. Robert said they had just gotten a 2016 4X4 with the V6 that might fit what I was looking for. Robert and I exchanged numbers. Later that day, Troy Chavez called and let me know that Robert had told him about me, and they were able to get the Ram prepped and ready to sell. The Ram was exactly what I was looking for. Also, it was the cleanest used truck I had seen after I left LHM earlier that day! Every other truck in the price range, at other dealers, had well over 100K miles and lots of panel damage. Quick and Easy
by Roman on 03/11/2021This dealership is one of the best by far. They let you know everything upfront and no hidden charges or fees. All the forms that are provided to you state exactly what you agree upon and nothing less than that. The experience was very… pleasant and would do it again if I had too. Appraisals are very accurate as well and you don’t have to wait all day to figure out how much your car is worth for trade in. There is nothing i disliked about the whole experience at this dealership. The sales associate that’s worked me through the process was nice and very understanding and explaining of everything from the car to the pre-finance department.Thanks for the great positive review! by Douglas R Humphrey on 03/11/2021My wife and I would like to thank Bryan Douglas. I walked into the dealership in December 2020 to order a new 2021 Ram 1500 Limited. After informing the receptionist that I was there to order a new RAM. There had been people I had used… before when ordering new vehicles. I was informed that none of them were there. She told me she would find someone to help me. That is when I first met Bryan. After going to his office I identified myself and why I was there. He asked if there was a certain RAM I was looking for and had I checked their inventory. I said yes and that they didn’t have what I was wanting. He offered to locate a Ram for me. I told Bryan I had been on the internet and checked the dealerships within a hundred mile radius. Bryan then asked what I was looking for and he would order it for me. From the time I entered Bryan’s office a hour later the RAM ordered my deposit made and I was out the door. As I was leaving Bryan said he would keep me updated as to the status of the RAM and when he had notified the truck was being ship. He said it would take a little over two months before it would come in. A week later Bryan called and told me he had the VIN number for the truck and my order was in the system. He wasn’t sure if the pandemic would slow it down. Bryan kept his word. Every time he had information on the status he would call and give me an update. Finally he called and said the truck had ship and I could take delivery in two weeks or so. Bryan followed us through the whole process until he handed us off to fianance. It was all straight forward, simple and absolutely no pressure. He walked me through the operation of all devices and capabilities to make us comfortable to drive it home. The last thing he said was I will call you in a couple of days to see how it’s going. If you have any questions I will help you. To me a great experience. I will recommend Bryan and Larry Miller Dodge and Ram. I got everything they promised from day one to include my trade in.Thanks for that positive review. Unhappy with interest rate given after promised by Vantagewest that I would have a lower interest rate. Mr. Camacho has called me once but there are still issues. I had to go to… Vantagewest to have things straightened out. I requested Mr. Camacho call me, the way the phone systems are there I doubt seriously if he even got my message. I was wanting to add cap insurance and ask some questions. I will call USAA and ask what they can do for me for gap insurance.Great service and great Ram 1500 Ltd

It was almost closing time and one of the Mechanics took time to look at my vehicle to see if he could pin point… the problem. Right away he explained to me it was was the water pump. Needless to say, I didn’t expect to get my vehicle back so quickly considering it didn’t have an “appointment” until 4 days later. But I was called the next morning and it was ready that afternoon. Thank you I don’t think Ive ever had this great service at a service appointment, it’s always been phone tag and not knowing what’s going...THANK YOU Juan and to the others involved!Thanks for the great positive review! Highly DISAPPOINTED in Both the General Manager & Service Manager
by Management Sucks a Fatty on 11/06/2020Dropped my vehicle off on Saturday morning for multiple services and left my change cup on the drivers side door. I had done this wi try h every other service without any problems except for this time. I had spoken to the Service tech who… assured me it should be okay. When I picked my vehicle up on the following Tuesday evening the change cup was gone. The tech was very apologetic and stated he would bring it to his service manager’s attention. Service manager put the blame on me and did NOTHING and stated that his General manager had the same feelings. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to Larry Miller Dodge in Tucson AZ for service and not will I give them a decent recommendation. It’s obvious they have a problem with individuals stealing from their customers and just shrug their shoulders as to say oh well. Management is a huge problem with this dealership!!!Thank you for reaching out about this.
