by rodneyenm on 07/28/2015I bought a brand new 2015 Ford Focus sport model. It was the first vehicle I gravitated towards in the lot. I took it for a road test and knew right away it would be the right vehicle for me. It fit right, it was the perfect size I wanted,… it had the bluetooth I wanted, it had rims, a spoiler and tinted windows. Carlos made the buying experience extremely easy and he was nice and easy to work with. We were done with the purchase before lunch on a Saturday which I know was a great timing for them since it was a busy Saturday!Best service !!

We then were curious about looking at any dually that was on the lot to upgrade ours. Nezar showed us a 2015 F350 King Ranch dually.… What a Beautiful truck ! After some help from Nazar, William and Jessica in finance we were finally able to put a deal together. I am glad they all had a sense of humor. We hadn't completely thought out the process of purchasing After some hurdles and laughs it was finally accomplished. Great workers at Jim Click. Thank You ! ! We are looking forward to a test run to Tularosa New Mexico this weekend for a roping. Enjoying the new King Ranch pulling our living quarters horse trailer with great ease & comfort ! Now to learn about all it has to offer. Craig is enjoying the voice command. Think it needs to come out with a version that understands a man talking with a Tecas drawl & a chew in his mouth. Ha ha. Disappointed I couldnt add the 12 speaker premium audio. I received welcoming service… and was satisfied with every aspect of my new car buying experience.Amazing service!!

During the buying process I called the Costco people and they gave me the names of the sales people that Costco said I should… be dealing with, which my sales guy wasn't one of them. Costco also told me to make sure I saw the Costco discount sheet and the sales guys I was working with acted like they never heard of it. All things considered I feel like I got a decent deal except for what I got on my trade in. My sales guy did a good job and I would deal with again. Going in I thought buying through the Costco program would be hassle free but it wasn't. Randall BaysTruck

They were fast with the credit process, and quick to get me in and out with my paperwork… signing. I needed to be to my son's baseball practice at a certain time and they made sure to get me out in time to be there! They have some of the greatest employees!response to vehicle inquiry

I received a response to my XL package F150 4x4 from Sandy (internet sales). He informs me there are only two trucks in the state that match my "wants",… and they do not want to transfer them to Jim Click. I asked where I could drive to see them and he would not give that information. I found them through Ford corporate- no thanks to Sandy or the Jim Click rep who gave me a follow up call. I will NOT buy from Jim Click Ford.
