Jim Click Ford

I am very disappointed in the short-sighted customer service here at Jim Click Ford. I received a response to my XL package F150 4x4 from Sandy (internet sales). He informs me there are only two trucks in the state that match my "wants", and they do not want to transfer them to Jim Click. I asked where I could drive to see them and he would not give that information. I found them through Ford corporate- no thanks to Sandy or the Jim Click rep who gave me a follow up call. I will NOT buy from Jim Click Ford.
