Great Experience with Purchase

We came in to test drive a mustang and they sold us a Ford 2014,F150 Platinum truck.(The nicest truck we've ever had!). They provided… lunch,water,etc.(made us feel very comfortable). He knew the cars very well and, if he didn't know the answer, he knew where to find out. The customer service… continued after the purchase as well with immediate follow up regarding any questions or concerns we had. Dee made this a positive car buying experience! I came into Dee because a friend had recommended him and and too would recommend him to my family and friends for future purchases.Helpful staff

He took the time to listen to what we wanted and ensured he found the perfect truck… for us. He did not pressure us into buying it and was able to give us a great deal! The whole process was smooth and painless. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from him. The dealership as a whole was very courteous and professional.Superb service, recommend 100%

Bob Schmidt took the time to communicate with me and go that extra mile to make sure I got the… vehicle I wanted without stress or difficulty and worked with my often complicated schedule to get my needs met. I couldn't be more satisfied. As I have said elsewhere, both my grandparents and uncle worked for Ford. Upon getting our inquiry answered we decided to do a little window shopping. Then my curiosity… got the best of me regarding my credit. And a little while later I drove off in the car that caught my eye. She's a Silver Ford Fusion Sport 2012 and she drives like a dream. I want to that the sales associate Mike Roperti was the absolute best I have ever dealt will definitely highly recommend to friends and family.Outstanding service!

We called Bob Schmidt at Holmes Tuttle Ford because he had been so helpful when our daughter needed a new… vehicle a few months ago. He listened carefully and emailed us the information on two possible trucks. After studying them carefully, I went to test drive the one we liked best. In no time at all, I was driving away with our 2015 F150 Ford pickup. Bob Schmidt did everything in his power to help us into a new truck as painlessly as possible. He was attentive, intuitive, kind, considerate and could not have been more helpful. His honesty and respectful, low pressure sales style is greatly appreciated! by mrg14 on 11/24/2012updated 06/07/2025Sales tried to include the dealerships "protection package" which is not necessary on a new vehicle and only a way for the dealership to try to make extra money ($750) off unwary buyers. Sales would not give "written quotes" when asked but… rather verbalized a quote which was always different every time you talked to them. Bottom line, the dealership that gave an unchanging "written quote", was completely honest up front, ended up getting the sale. Be very wary of the sales tactics of this dealership or better yet just go somewhere else.No pressure

This was unusual compared to other previous experiences where… the salesman tries to steer you into the sales office immesiately
