Not an upfront honest sales staff

Sales tried to include the dealerships "protection package" which is not necessary on a new vehicle and only a way for the dealership to try to make extra money ($750) off unwary buyers. Sales would not give "written quotes" when asked but rather verbalized a quote which was always different every time you talked to them. Bottom line, the dealership that gave an unchanging "written quote", was completely honest up front, ended up getting the sale. Be very wary of the sales tactics of this dealership or better yet just go somewhere else.
