    I am very happy with the service I received this past weekend with my scheduled vehicle maintenance. The young lady that took care of scheduling the truck and keeping me informed was very good. I’m very happy bringing my vehicle to this dealership to work on this schedule maintenance. They’re very professional and I fully trust them.

    I came into the dealer for an oil change and 17 point inspection for my 2007 Honda Civic. Gregg Cheesbrough is my Service Advisor and he is great. Always gives me a quote of the cost for the service and how long it will take to perform the service. Keeps me advised if anything changes or if anything is discovered during the inspection of my vehicle.

  • Over heating jeep

    Service department supposedly put a new engine but vehicle has left me stranded twice from over heating try to call the manager Scott and he never answers or calls back. They state that there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle but keeps leaving me on the side of the road so something is wrong. They just fix the vehicle just enough for you to drive away and don’t fix all of the issues that’s wrong with. I’d never recommend this dealership if you can go somewhere else go

  • Service led to Dr appointment Cancellation

    I went in for oil change service. I delivered the car at the 1:00 o’clock appointment time. I was told that it was going to take an hour and a half. It took well over two and a half hours. I unfortunately had to cancel my Dr appointment I had for 3:30, not good!!!

    It was very easy to schedule an appt for when I needed it. I dropped my Honda off for service and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I received a text to let me know it was done. I picked it up and was again in and out within 10 minutes. Both service writers I dealt with were friendly and professional. An excellent experience from start to finish.

    My experience at AutoNation was great, Aaron was the guy to help us. He made it simple and the best part of it, was that he didn't pressure us or give us some sort of time frame to buy. He told us to go and look around if we needed to and said he will be there if we came back. We never left I had done my shopping around prior, but Aaron was recommended by word of mouth. The Explorer is great and we haven't had to take it back for any reason, so I highly recommend them. Especially Aaron although I highly doubt you will get someone bad over there, the staff is awesome!

    John at automation is one of the nicest service men I know. He helped my 91yo mother-in-law and she felt very safe. He put her car on AZ time instead of daylight savings time. He explained everything and she could understand him. He did not suggest unnecessary repairs or charge her too much. Thank you John.

    Battery failed without warning. Got the CRV to Auto Nation shortly before closing. They took the car right in, checked the charging system, replace the battery, and I was on my way inside of 45 minutes. Everyone was very gracious and helpful.
