Service led to Dr appointment Cancellation

onI went in for oil change service. I delivered the car at the 1:00 o’clock appointment time. I was told that it was going to take an hour and a half. It took well over two and a half hours. I unfortunately had to cancel my Dr appointment I had for 3:30, not good!!!
