    From the time left home, 25 minutes away, until the time I arrived home was four hours and ten minutes. This included the purchase negotiation and the trade in negotiation. In my life I have purchased more than twenty five new automobiles and never has the process moved so quickly and smoothly. I never raised my voice even once which is a first with me when dealing with an auto dealer for the first time. The sales person and management were great to deal with.

    I came into the dealer for an oil change and 17 point inspection for my 2007 Honda Civic. Gregg Cheesbrough is my Service Advisor and he is great. Always gives me a quote of the cost for the service and how long it will take to perform the service. Keeps me advised if anything changes or if anything is discovered during the inspection of my vehicle.

    Recently purchased a 2024 Honda Ridgeline to replace my 2017 Ridgeline. My 2017 was an excellent truck - no problems whatsoever; just reminded me of my deceased partner. Due to ID fraud, I had a security freeze on my credit. With Mr Wrights kindness and assistance, I was able to get it lifted (of course I had forgotten the password). I will always remember the compassion I was shown in making this difficult decision to move forward. I love my new truck and look forward to many years of driving pleasure.

  • Over heating jeep

    Service department supposedly put a new engine but vehicle has left me stranded twice from over heating try to call the manager Scott and he never answers or calls back. They state that there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle but keeps leaving me on the side of the road so something is wrong. They just fix the vehicle just enough for you to drive away and don’t fix all of the issues that’s wrong with. I’d never recommend this dealership if you can go somewhere else go

    Had a tough experience but worked a deal after several days. Interesting strategy by salesperson, trying to guilt you into buying a vehicle as terms are changing. Still purchased vehicle as that is the car wife wanted and not going to penalize her because of shady and crappy team you have their. Was even called a liar by the salesperson. LOL, a car dealership calling people liars, that is your whole business model.

    After Purchasing a new car,I left my old car there and I drove new car home.Next day I came to pickup my old car from parking lot from dealer,I found the car tire I was flat. I talked to sales person and they fixed it without any charge.Good customer service Thanks

  • Service led to Dr appointment Cancellation

    I went in for oil change service. I delivered the car at the 1:00 o’clock appointment time. I was told that it was going to take an hour and a half. It took well over two and a half hours. I unfortunately had to cancel my Dr appointment I had for 3:30, not good!!!

    Although our Salesman Marcus was wonderful finding and following through with the deal, the finance manager was less than friendly and crass. Obviously the finance manager was only interested in selling paint protection, additional insurance and other non-essensial add ons. I have recommended Marcus to a friend, he has the ability to listen, to be patient, and find you what you want. The segmented sales and finance portions were like night and day. Great service, terrible financing.
