Fantastic Experience
by K-Fab 1202 on 03/06/2025I had Guy of Show Low Ford recommended to me via a random conversation - a man in an F250 Super Duty pulled up beside me in a parking lot. I asked about the truck and he said "Call Guy" and gave me his number. Guy was fantastic. I sent a… link to a truck I'd test driven asking if he could find a similar vehicle w/o chrome or the panoramic roof. Got a call the next day with exactly what I wanted at a price that was acceptable. Papers were signed and the truck was delivered right to my doorstep.Great experience. Highly recommended.

I didn't have enough down deposit available, but they still went out of their way and worked with me on a great option. I'll never buy from anyone but Showlow Ford in the… future. All of the sales people are extremely professional and they reach out to their… clientele and make each person feel welcomed. The desk people in the service department are busy but friendly, professional and they listen. (That is hard to come by these days…people listening). The Finance department is not scary. We'd been looking for a truck for months, of course like everyone a new one would've been nice but those are very hard to find these days, we ended up with a 2017 F-250… with very low miles, in beautiful condition! I do believe we were in and out with in an hour! I would recommend Show Low Ford and when we're ready for our next vehicle Show Low Ford will be our first stop!Awesome Dealership

by rsteinmetz on 12/29/2016updated 01/04/2017Buyer Beware, do not buy used vehicles from SLF. They do not service them.....not even an oil change. They lied to me about doing an oil change and even put a sticker for the next oil change due. The Vehicle displayed Oil at 1% Change Soon… with 2 weeks of driving it off the lot. Never got an inspection report even after requesting one. Returned my vehicle to them within a reasonable period after purchasing the vehicle because the transmission shifted hard and there was a clicking noise coming from the engine. They did correct the transmission issue but claimed there was no clicking sound. I took it to 3 other mechanics whom all confirmed there was a problem. I brought it back to SLF with this info. They held onto my truck for almost 2 days before telling me my Solinoids needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me over 1000 dollars for repairs. Also During a test drive they cracked my windshield and asked me to used my own insurance to cover the damage. After multiple conversations with employees there and a very heated and uncomfortable conversation with the Owner they finally agreed to pay half of the repair bill. I will never make another vehicle purchase from SLF and strongly caution anyone considering a used vehicle from them. I have bought 3 Used Vehicles from Hatch Toyota in Show Low and Never once had the problems that i had with Show Low Ford.Show Low Ford
