Great selection with professional service

Right Toyota was the only dealership in town that had the car I was looking for. Hayden Cosgrove was very helpful and personable, ensuring that I walked away with the best option for me. My paperwork was handled efficiently and I did not… feel pressured to include additional extended warranty packages. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership and the overall experience was great.

After the service the light was still on and my tire was still low and the nail was still in it they did nothing. by Fraud window tint on 10/09/2020Buyer beware - Fraud Purchased a Tacoma and was charged $800 for after market window tint. Found out one month later that there was actually no tint and that the windows are dyed slightly at factory during manufacturing. Contacted dealer… and was assured it was a mistake and they would refund the money. They never did and would not return my call. Lesson learned, stay away from this dealership and review the buyers guide from the AZ attorney generals office. It has some good guidance. Hope my loss will be your gain.Andy, the dealership installs window tint on all new vehicles as soon as they arrive from the factory. In your case, the salesperson retrieved your vehicle from inventory before we could have the tint installed and you were mistakenly charged for it. I apologize we dropped the ball refunding your money and you had to spend so much effort to finally have the refund taken care of, your refund check is ready for you to pick up at your convenience. It has never been the sales department that brought me back, it is the service representative that has helped me through all these years. Tim Paffumi is responsive, helpful,… honest, and it makes all the difference in this dealership. It's this man that keeps my husband and me coming back year after year. AJ Abdul at Right Toyota has completely changed my views on car salespersons. He is a genuine person that relates to his… customers and takes care of them the best he can. He literally walked me everywhere I needed to go and introduced me to everybody as his cousin. I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership and he is the reason I keep going back to a Right Toyota. The deal he got me was great and well within my budget. There was no pressure and he made absolutely sure I left happy. Dealerships need more people like him.Best selection and quick sales process
by zekeh on 06/26/2020My salesperson, Jake, was very helpful and notified me of new arrivals and inventory over several weeks until I found the truck I wanted. After a couple of days of driving the new truck I noticed a flaw with the interior and he personally… saw to it that the issue was fixed and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Compared to other dealers, Right Toyota is much more transparent and willing to deal plus they are able to provide more options. They did not pressure me during the financing and warranty part of the sale. They made me aware of my options and respected my choices. I did some research and they sell more Toyotas than any other dealer in AZ so they have the best selection and more resources to get the car you want in stock with the options you need. Even if you don't live close to this dealer, it is worth making the trip just to get your new Toyota at this dealership.Customer Service Oriented!

by Veronica P on 06/24/2020Stopped by Right Toyota to look at a new 2020 Toyota Highlander because I was curios to see how the newly designed Highlander looked and drives. I was greeted by an older gentleman named AJ and he was very polite and helpful. He offered… to have me drive the new Highlander which I accepted. He did not have me walk around in the heat, he was nice enough to pull the Highlander up for me engine running and A/C blowing. He gave me a bottle of ice cold water and away we went. The new Highlander is awesome, way nicer than my 2015. Low and behold we are sitting down and after about 30 minutes of discussion I decided to lease the new Highlander. I probably could have negotiated a better deal for myself, but I just didn't want to sit there and haggle for 3 hours over a couple of bucks. I am happy with the terms and payment for my new Highlander, so I just decided to go for it. AJ took the time to go over everything in the new vehicle for me that I didn't understand right away and even had his son who works there help out as well. Issac, his son has a little better knowledge how everything works on the new models so I spent some time with him as well. Issac gave me his information too if I had any questions later on, which I did. AJ called me the next day and said thank you for the business, and I thanked him as well. I have to say that Right Toyota has a real class act working there with AJ and Issac. Much Appreciated!Fair, Honest, and Great Service!
by Tony J on 06/24/2020Brough my 2013 FJ Cruiser for service because it is getting up there in miles and Toyota does not make them anymore so I want to keep driving it as long as possible. My FJ has roughly 125000 miles so I told Matt Bocchi in service that the… vehicle needs a good once over to prevent having any further problems. I expected that the service bill was going to be quite expensive since I was giving the dealer carte blanche to find things to fix. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that all that was needed was to fix a tiny leak in the power steering pump. I always steer clear of dealers because service at the dealer is always much more expensive, however that has changed. I greatly appreciate Matt for his honesty and professionalism a and Toyota for making an awesome product.Best customer service

After speaking to him for awhile he convinced me to look at some new trucks and I am glad I did. I ended… up purchasing a brand new 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road and I love it. This truck is so much nicer than the 2009 I traded in. Chris even made sure that my $200+ service bill was taken care of by the dealership and I didn't have to pay it. Chris did a great job and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be driving this awesome truck and I wouldn't have received the awesome deal I got either. Thanks Chris!Great Experience

I had a really difficult time getting the other dealers to call me back or email and provide the information I was requesting.… Greg at Right did a great job communicating back and forth with me and this is the reason why I purchased there. by gottricked on 02/16/2020After we had signed the sales agreement, at the last moment they added on a "security ID fee" of $525 plus tax. It was hidden from us and we didn't find it until afterwards. A quick google search revealed this is a common trick they do and… it is actually for nothing real. It's a very sleezy move and trick and we will never buy from them again. There is also a strange "mistake" they made in accidentally upcharging us $1000 over sticker (they say they're looking into it). Very tricky dealer, I will never shop here again.
