Got a phone call at 10:30am that it was done. Some of our inventory may have additional equipment installed, and the cost for any additional equipment is listed in bold print on each vehicle information page on our website. Also, customers can request a complete price breakdown from our staff via telephone, text, or email, and we will happily provide this information so there is no misunderstanding about price before coming down. I said I didn’t want to make a decision on the spot and they so pressured me that I finally said ok. I’m sorry that I purchased the car. I plan on… returning it tomorrow. I planned on looking at several different cars before making a decision. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.Adam, we are sorry you had a bad experience. Purchasing a new vehicle is a huge decision, however, our staff would never pressure a customer into making a decision. Customers are free to walk away at any time during the process, and we would never pressure a customer into doing anything they are not comfortable with. We are one of the largest most successful dealerships in the country, our success is not built upon this sort of foundation. I can totally see this happening, pretty much most dealerships are as pushy as they come. they try to gilt trip you into buying a car, one just had to be firm, and walk away when it gets too much (which it always does). No one should be pressured into making a huge money decision on the spot just so a sales guys can get their commission.
