Right Toyota was the only dealership in town that had the car I was looking for. Hayden Cosgrove was very helpful and personable, ensuring that I walked away with the best option for me. My paperwork was handled efficiently and I did not… feel pressured to include additional extended warranty packages. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership and the overall experience was great.

We stopped in at Right Toyota first to take a look and compare our options. We were greeted by Chad who… listened and seemingly understood the tough situation we were in. Without hesitation, he showed us a brand new corolla that fit our budget. Since we werent expecting to buy a car, we knew it would be tough financially. by sajeev18 on 04/21/2018BUYER BEWARE. UNETHICAL SALESMEN. I typically would not rate a seller, but decided to, given my poor experience. Came to Right Toyota after truecar identified dealers in the valley. I provided other dealer quotes to Devon who was very… nice. Was directed to Mash who said that he will beat those prices. However, after test driving, things went south. Mash did not know what the glass sensor option was, he did not read my email which clearly state my preference for a remote keyless entry. The focus was on trying to sell the vehicle and they refused to share with me their proposed price. After much insistence, came in Jason from the finance team. Arrogant and rude is all we could think of. Mash and Jason insisted that I show them the competing dealer quote and at that point, I was already thinking of any other dealer. Poor knowledge, Poor behavior to customers. I went there to buy 2 Toyota highlanders, not Just one. If a customer goes into this dealership with good knowledge, they will not want to entertain you. I was trying to shorten my ride to a dealer, did not work out.BUYERS BEWARE. THIS IS ANOTHER TYPICAL CAR DEALERSHIP THAT WILL LIE ON THE PHONE TO GET YOU IN AND THEN TRY TO HOODWINK YOU.Bad experience

by BEWARE on 07/12/2017I was looking for a Toyota truck and was dealing with Mr.. Ryan Jenny internet sales manager. I was told by Mr. Jenny that the truck was not available. A few weeks passed and I received a call from Mr. Jenny stating that the truck will be… allocated to his dealer and will be at the dealer in 1 month. Mr. Jenny indicated that I should put a deposit. A deposit of $1,000.00 was made on the truck via my credit card. I was able to find the truck at another dealership before the arrival at the one at Right Toyota. After purchase of my truck at another dealer I called Mr. Jenny and advised him that I have found the truck at another dealer and requested my deposit back. Mr. Jenny advised that the deposit was not refundable. I advised Mr. Jenny that I was not made aware that the deposit was not refundable and did not sign anything to that effect. If the deposit was not refundable I would of waited another two weeks for the truck to arrive at Right Toyota and purchased it from them. Mr. Jenny advised that I owe the money because I wasted him "[non-permissible content removed] TIME" and good luck in getting my money back. I recently received a call on July 11th from Mr. Jenny double checking if I still wanted the truck,. I advised Mr. Jenny that a dispute for the charge has been filed with my credit card company and for him not to call me anymore. Their waiting room is very neat and clean and a pleasant… place to hang out while you're waiting for your vehicle. Our service rep is Mike Roller. They provided me wrong information on registration that cost me almost $500 when I returned to my state. When I spoke to… them about it, they did not help me. What an awful experience and I regret coming here. This is not the way businesses' should run.It never gets any better

I took it in for AC problems in November and was told that they didn't fix AC till summer. I was in the… waiting room and they wanted my wife to drive from 20 miles away with my spare keys as they locked the keys in the car. I specificially called for an appointment for a XXX recall and they gave me an appointment the next day. I get there and rolled down the window and was told they don't do that here. And on and on. I called for an appointment and was told not to worry and come right over. I get there and they wouldn't work on the car as I didn't have an appointment. I hope they are better as selling then repairing.Great Experience

We met him for our appointment and the car was there and price was right. They… reviewed our trade-in and after some additional negotiating a reasonable value was agreed to. The finance guy was helpful and bettered the interest rate that we were going to get from our credit union. Overall this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! We would recommend them to everyone.Excellent purchase experience
