    I had a great experience speaking with Alex Zilar. He was able to schedule me quickly for service and once I dropped my car off made arrangements to provide a Lyft. Alex later called me and explained the challenge that I was having and went over the service, charge and estimate time for the service.

    Greeted by everyone I saw. Free coffee including cappucino and latte Clean and bright facility. Mike was great from the moment I called for appointment which although last minute, he accommodated my request and even offered to drive me home if needed. Professional and stayed in touch with me through the services starting with a text which gave me a way to communicate with him. Great job, Mike!

  • Not Happy with Service Dept

    I bought my Honda from Right and have always gone there for service even though I live almost an hour away. However on Thursday 7/29/22 took my car in for oil change. Was told by service advisor it would be at least an one to two hours!! I asked for an oil change? Yes we are just busy this summer. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for an oil change! I had a doctors appointment on the other side of town and was very unhappy. I asked why do you schedule appointments every 15 minutes if it takes an hour to two hours to get an oil change? No response. I purchased my car here I’ve always gone there but I won’t be going back. He never came out to advise me how the car was doing until it was time to leave, after I sent him a text asking him what the status was on my car. I was there two hours for an oil change not very good customer service. I don’t know what’s happened at this dealership but I was very unhappy

  • Refused to work on my car.

    My car overheated and radiator fluid burst everywhere so I towed it to right Honda. All I wanted them to do is find out why it overheated and where the coolant burst from. They refused to do anything to it because I had damage near the front radiator. Told me I have to get it fixed at a body shop first. Really? My car isn’t even running and you want me to repair the damage first? They were driving it around their lot WITH NO COOLANT IN THE ENGINE! Then they tried to charge me $82! I refused to pay and the service advisor, Bill, copped an attitude with me and told me to never come back. Ok, no problem guys, gladly won’t come back. I even agreed to pay their absolutely ridiculous $150 diagnosis fee. At least put some fluid back in the radiator so I can drive it home after getting bent over for $82. These people couldn’t care less about you or your car and just want your money. Steer clear of this place.
    • In most cases when damage to a vehicle causes a breach in the radiator system, the damage needs to be fixed first so the radiator is not damaged again costing more expense for the customer. Additionally, we discuss all charges up front with our customers before performing any work so there is no misunderstanding about the cost of service.

    I had a 7:30 am appointment scheduled I left the car there on time for a check over I finally contacted them at 2:30 pm to get an update. They finally got to me at 3:00 pm

    I actually love this dealership, but the most recent service of our car (it had +/-300 miles on it) was horrific. I could write a book on the back and forth of what we went through, but we had to take it in 4 times to finally get it fixed. It was dangerous to drive, but the first 3 times, we were told they couldn't replicate what we said was wrong. So we took it home and the next morning, it quit working again. Second tow truck arrived. They had it for 2 weeks and figured it out. So far, so good. (What a joke). The dealership is fine. The service , like I said, was a nightmare.

    I bought my car at right honda and have being doing maintenance with them as well. Their SERVICE DEPARTMENT is terrific beyond compare, they get the jobs done quick and always leave my car in great shape. I HIGHLY AND PROUDLY recommended working with Service representative BILL THORNTON. He definitely knows what he’s talking about in regards to cars and maintenance, business with him is always Polite and professional and with no doubt he holds Right Honda’s name to the highest of standards! RIGHT HONDA SHOULD DEFINITELY KEEP HIM IN MIND FOR FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES TO THE COMPANY AND A RAISE!

    I had a problem with my A/C not working well. The cold air was not great and I was feeling warm air occasionally. Took my car in for testing and was happy that when the compressor turned out to be bad, Dan Organ made a call to Honda Care to have them replace it for only my $100 deductible. All completed same day! Great job!!
