Unfortunately, the sales process was the dreaded "used car salesman" that made it painful. As a salesman for… over 20 years, I wish some people would invest more in themselves and focus more on being a consultant and less on "selling". My advice, Quit talking long enough to hear your customer.Very Accommodating...

They were very kind and understanding to that fact and they never gave us a negative feeling about bringing the kiddos. We were there during a renovation and they were apologizing… for the sites construction. Overall, we were very happy with our car purchase.Outstanding Service!
by maryb on 06/24/2019We have dealt with many Honda dealerships over the last 15 years. We went to Right Honda last year to get a car for my daughter at the recommendation of a friend. The service that we received at Right Honda went far ABOVE our… expectations. Everyone always says how awful it is to go to a dealership to get a car. I will say that is NOT the case at Right Honda. We came back a year later to get another car. Everyone that we came in contact with at Right Honda was so friendly and helpful. On both occasions we dealt with Craig Thorpe. He was amazing! He is friendly, organized and prepared for whatever you throw at him. Craig goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. While Right Honda is out of the way for us, we will gladly make the drive even though there are at least 3 dealerships closer. I would highly recommend Right Honda and Craig Thorpe.Right Honda...I did't go wrong!

by NOTRightService on 06/05/2019Price to replace A/C compressor on my 98 Honda CRV was $1,747 - 7.5 times the cost of parts – Outrageous If thats not enough, NOT- RIGHT HONDA’s technician broke both front struts while examining A/C and then wanted me to pay $1,100… to fix their mistake – Struts weren’t broke when I brought it in but they were sure broke when I got home and drove it over 3 speed bumps in my complex - How can anyone brake both front struts at the same time? Maybe they dropped it off the lift. NOT-RIGHT’s Service is not for meAverage at best
by frustration on 05/29/2019updated 06/05/2019Marshall was great. Detailed knowledge of the cars and found us exactly what we wanted and made the sales process smooth and efficient. The finance portion was more jilted. After we did the deal in principle our lead was pulled away and… Kris took over. Less smooth. After we got home I realized he never told us how we would receive the funds from our sale back to Right H. I called Marshall and he said it was up to Kris. I called finance three times starting Saturday and left two voice mails with no call backs. After I sent a less than flattering message with GM, finance called me back. He didn't apologize for not returning my calls and said he wads unaware ion any problems. He was frustrated I mentioned this should be his part of the transaction to close out he had nothing to say. Here we are 4 days after we sold our car, that I again needed to follow up and go back into the dealership to resolve what we could have supplied when we were there. I leased a Civic a few years ago and my lease was up, I was convinced I would finance to buy the car but in the end they found a deal to put me in a brand new Honda for just… about the same price. Have had a nightmare of a time at pretty much all other dealerships in the valley, they make you feel like your a hostage and have to take what they give you, which is only skewed towards… their favor, either overpriced or garbage, whatever they are trying to get rid of. With that said, the customer can always just walk out. All I wanted to do in my search was communicate via email, give the dealer the specs/parameters of what I was looking for and have them email me a list with whatâs available within those parameters with pricing. So no one wastes time physically coming into the dealership(wonât even rant about the joke of an experience that has been elsewhere when I did show up for test drives) None seemed to be able to do that...Chris, at Right Toyota was the only person that got it, understood what I was looking for, and sent in options as they came up for sale. So the only person that treated my like a human being, and genuinely tried to help find a realistic vehicle with value got the sale.Worst experience ever!
by Dghianuly on 05/04/2019I came to your dealership in response to a letter I received offerring no money down, low interest rate deal for individuals who had recently filed bankruptcy. When I arrived, David wetzel ran a credit report which showed my bankruptcy… being dismissed only 10 days after it was filed. Once he saw that, he was stil able to get me an approval from a bank who would only allow me to purchase a red 2015 Ford Focus. I told David I did not like this car and did not want it. However, he implied beggars couldn't be choosers and this was my only option. This deal also required a down payment of $1,300 which I don't have and s rate of 23%. We took the car out for a test drive and twice the car felt like it was stalling, then a message regarding the transmission came, which David also downplayed as a non issue. He advised that the vehicle needed to go to ford to be serviced and he would contact us with the status. This all occurred on April 30, the last day of the month, which had David anxious to make his quota rather than be concerned if I was happy with my purchase. I have not heard from anyone at the dealers regarding this vehicle. My husband and I signed the contract to purchase the vehicle which I don't plan on doing. I am a 60 year old female and have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and I have never felt as humiliated as I did with this experience. I will not provide the $1,300 down payment nor will I pay $300 a month for a vehicle I hate which has issues.Excellent service

After taking it for a test drive I realized it had just about every I wanted with a couple of exceptions. Craig… suggested I consider the Accord as it addressed those exceptions. He recommended I test drive the Accord, which I did. Clearly he recognized that this was a better fit to what I was looking for which showed me that he was listening. Yes, the Accord was more expenive yet Craig was able to work it so not to exceed my maximum budget. I was able to test drive the Honda HR-V for several days while my car was being worked on; which was very much appreciated. Once I had to purchase a new car, the staff was very helpful… and able to get me the car I desired in a timely manner. The only poor experience I received was during the trade-in process. They removed my vehicle from the facility before I was able to transfer items into my new car. Thankfully I didn't have anything of true value in the car, but this was a big mistake on the staff. Trevor provided a gift card for the mistake which I very much appreciated, but I of course would never want this to happen to any fellow buyer in the future.The Marshall is GREAT

I was very overwhelmed and if felt cornered and pressured they were trying there hardest to make me leave that same… day with a car I did not want. I kept telling them I will think about it and then kept questioning and pushing me to the point I didn't want to be there anymore. they had at least 5 different ppl try and push the sale on me. I didn't want to by the end of the night I was over whelmed and upset. he was telling me things like take this deal now im not even making money from and saying thee boss never comes out of the office and he is just for me so I should take the deal now. I said this is my first place I stopped at that im not going to buy the first car I see you sell. all around a horrible experience. I met Marshall from a customer of mine who is a customer of his and she assured me hes amazing and that she bought all her vehicles from him. I trusted her judgment and by all means she was right. I did not feel any type of pressure nor did I feel over whelmed. he was very pleasant and honest and made feel like I was in the right place. I took the car that night! Im happy with the car he found me payments are a little high up there but that's on me and my credit. He has assured me ill build my credit and get to either finance or swap the car for something better. He was patient and met all my needs. I tell you that he was amazing!! im for sure going to advised all my friends and family about where to buy a car!!! I already shared on social media where I was helped Honda right and who helped me and who to ask for The Marshall!!! Thank you Honda right I am one happy customer!!!Highly recommend Right Honda

Three weeks ago I was t-boned by a car that turned into me.My Honda CRV saved from severe injury and possibly death with it's side airbags. Unfortunately my CRV was totalled.
