Outstanding service
by Radtechg9 on 04/15/2017updated 04/24/2017For years I went to Power Chrysler Jeep Dodge with my Fist because I had bought an oil change plan. I hated going there. It always took 2-3 hours even with an appointment. SEVERAL times I called ahead with a minor fix up (Fiat hub caps fall… off constantly and they would replace them) but never once that I called in advance to alert them off the issue so they could replace it did they have the hub cab when I went. They weren't really nice. Waiting was crowded and no one was ever happy. I would go and pay for oil changes at quick places just to avoid going there by the end. When I bought my Hyundai from you I never intended to get a service package after years of awful experiences.I noticed the service awards at your dealership and when it came up I had such a nice buying experience that I decided to take a leap and go with the package. I am so glad I did. My first oil change was a breeze and this second one even better. Schedule on my phone though the app, email reminder, immediate service at drop off, gorgeous wait area with coffee and pastries, super nice people. I left my car at 8 am...Went to wait area and got coffee. My coffee was still too hot to drink when he came and told me my car was done. DONE?! 28 minutes later they were done with the oil change and tire rotation. How is this possible??? What magical oil change elves could perform these feats so quickly?? Can they come help me clean my house? All in all this place is outstanding. I would never have bothered to recommend a car dealership before, I do now.
