Also, the lounge area and refreshments provided while I waited for my car was a very generous… curtesy. My car was done just around the time Adam told me it would be!Flawless
by Jwags5189 on 02/27/2016Starting with Mike Southern talking me through my issue with my starter on the phone while (he's a busy man and he could easily not pick up my call) to my actual experience inside the Service Department from start to finish with Ben Girard.… Ben was as good as it gets. He was detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond for me. These guys are people you want to keep around, because they get it, and I appreciate it. My car broke down 16 hours before one of the biggest presentations of my career and these guys put my mind at ease that they had it under control and they really didn't miss a beat. Also, I don't know who the actual mechanics are but obviously they seem to be on par with Mike and Ben and should be thanked as well. I don't write many reviews but when I see people who deserve to be noticed for going well beyond their job I feel the need to make my opinion known. Before I was able to pick up the car, it was noted that it was due for an oil change, a battery was weak and needed replaced and I needed tires. I approved most of the work.
