The car is also returned washed and the interior vacuumed. Facilities are always nice & clean and a neat waiting area with coffee… and treats. by sibbysnewcar on 09/13/2016We liked Farid Khan. He approached us when we arrived and immediately we told him we were looking at two cars, the Elantra and the Subaru Impreza. He invited us in out of the Arizona heat and offered us water. He told us he understood that… were going to two dealerships that day and offered us a test drive of any Elantra of our choice...no pressure, he respected our being forthcoming about the two dealerships. We test drove three different vehicles and enjoyed them all. We thanked Farid and asked for his card as he was already handing us his card. He hoped to see us again soon. We left for the Subaru dealership very impressed with Farid's confidence and courtesy. We test drove two Subaru's and worked with Beau. .He was also easy to work with. We went home to think about our two experiences and woke up more inclined to revisit Farid the next day. We liked the Elantra SD in Lakeside Blue that Bob and Farid found for us. We test drove that car and made our minds up to purchase it. The closing was painless and we love the car and thank everyone at the dealership for a pleasant car buying experience. We have had some terrible ones in years past...this was great!We appreciate the time it took for you to assign our dealership with such an excellent star rating. The service was done in a very timely manner, while the waiting room was comfortable and allowed for me to do… my work while I waited. Not only were they able to negotiate prices to match offers I had received from other dealers, but they even went out of state to bring in the color car I really wanted. The waiting area is comfy, with coffee and treats at hand, with a quieter area where the TV has subtitles, so you can read or… work, but keep abreast of what's going on in the world. Restrooms are nearby. I like the way my service rep, Robert, sat down when the car was almost ready and told me exactly what service been done. In a few minutes he walked me to the cashier and went over everything again and explained the charges. I also appreciate that a wash is always included with service.Hyundai Service

Best part is I LOVE my car and will never buy anything but a Hyundai b/c of the car and… service. I have owned many Lexus' in my life and always felt bled when serviced and they always hounded me to buy a new one when my car hit it's first birthday. Getting my car back washed was just the icing on the cake and reinforces my allegiance to Hyundai. I will be in the Hyundai family for life!!!!Thanks so much for your excellent feedback.
