    I received my car exactly when they said it would be done.They returned the car with all the work done and washed.I was very satisfied.

    Great experience as usual! Larry Appleby and Steven Ansingh are Terrific. They take the time to explain what was done to my car and have it ready when I arrive. Their mechanics, Ryan and Brian do it right the FIRST time. This has been my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac. (I like the office helpers in the Service Department too, that are attentive and happy to help you if you have further questions for your Advisor). There are NO Slackers here! Courtesy drivers to pick you up and take you home. A nice lounge with TV and drinks and snacks. Consistantly Excellent.

    The service department is on top of its game. From the service writer, Brandon, to the techs and detail crew everyone is focused on customer satisfaction. You can't ask for more.

    Armand Slason and your service staff are 2 reasons we drive 2 1/2 hours from Tucson to have our Cadillac serviced! We have done so for over 3 years now and will continue to. Being a retired person, I have learned the meaning of Value and Earnhardt cadillac and Value are synonymous!

    Our experience was the best experience we have had at any dealership. From the minute we walked in the door, until we drove away in our vehicle. Chris Scherff was professional and very knowledgeable. We were so impressed, we have shared our experience with anyone who asked us about our new vehicle. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. This experience has changed our view of car dealerships. There was no pressure to close the deal. The vehicles speak for themselves, so they don't have to pressure the customers.

    Brandon Porter, Service Consultant, told me in advance about how long the service would take and recommended best time of day to minimize wait - also offered ride home if I couldn't wait. Appreciated the consideration. Waiting area was very pleasant and comfortable, and the array of coffee and breakfast goodies was a nice surprise (my first visit for service). My car was ready in the time expected and it was sparkling clean.

    My car was scheduled for a convenient time; the car was taken in when promised and finished when promised. The service representative, Armand, was most helpful and gave terrific customer service.

    I had initially requested to look at 2015 SRX models but was only shown 2016's. We were told they couldn't locate them. The website noted 26 of the model we wanted available. We eventually found what I wanted. Our salesman, Jeff was great. Also, I need to come back and have fluids checked. The dummy light for that is coming on. And we haven't been able to get the car to connect to OnStar or the garage opener.

    Your team members made me feel valued and welcomed. From the first young representative who approached me while I was still in my car, to the receptionist, to the Service Department Manager Pete Kaiser, I couldn't be happier with your service. Your detail shop did an excellent job in solving a "scratch problem" that I had. Aces all around!

    JP regularly checked in with me, went outside dealership to find the best matching car available to fit our desire and essentially closed the deal, to include the trade via phone, text and email.

    Mario service advisor and Brian mechanic did a great job! Both listen to all the problem my car was having two other shops tried to Solve the issues but was unable to but still charged me a lot of money ! Brian found the wiring issue and fixed the problem! I hope someone at the mgr level will acknowledge both these two individuals who went above and beyond to fix my car and give outstanding customer service! Dale Chandler [Phone number removed]

    The service is always impeccable. The loaner vehicle was ready, the service was taken care of, and Armand even had the desert protection package which includes hand wax applied. Service at its best.
