by Jmfh1345 on 04/19/2023I have to say I am very disappointed in Ford. I have been bringing my car here for years and this is the first time I have had very poor communication. I asked for a call before service was performed and also set up for the complimentary… drop off of my vehicle. My appointment was at 8am. At noon I called and was told I would receive a call back. At 2 I called again, no answer. At 2:30 I was told someone would call me back again. Finally at 3, she put me on hold and the guy called me but I didn’t click over bc I was on hold. Ford then hung up and I waited another hour for a call back. For the complimentary drop off, they only worked til 3:30 and by the time I finally spoke to someone it was after 4 and I had to leave my car overnight bc I did not have time to coordinating picking up my car. Also, my car is still making a funny noise so I called yesterday to have ‘my advisor’ listen to it. I was told he would call me back which of course he still has not. Not sure if new ‘leadership’ has taken over but I will be servicing my car elsewhere. This place has gone downhill and obviously still do not care about the customer. They did compensate me for the inconvenience but still no communication which I believe is key to a successful business.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Bucking around
by Buck um on 04/14/2023I can only imagine riding around in my new Bronco for over a year and a half after ordering it from these guys, as ford took forever to build it. I did however during this time deal mainly with the inventory manager (now retired) who was… more than a pleasure to work with. In the end however I delt with the salesman and general sales manager who were more difficult to make my deal. I was told in the beginning I was price protected for my purchase and when it came time to pick up my Bronco, I had to argue my case for days on end. Mind you this was my first new car purchase, and I had no Idea what I was doing. ultimately, I won my case (less $250) with the final call to the sales manager in charge the day I scheduled to pick the vehicle up. That day was a pleasure from the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot. The saleswoman who handled me took great care with honesty as well the finance man who I finalized the deal with. All and all this dealership held up to their promise of an MSRP deal on my new Bronco. No unnecessary aftermarket adds, just a fair price. I would recommend people to buy from them and If I ever need anything in the future trust, they will take good care of me.Hi, it is great to read such wonderful comments about your recent experience with us. Exceptional Service

(This after a kalispell mt dealer tried 3 times). Service advisor, James, regularly kept me apprised… of progress. Big thanks to an unnamed service teck who made the repair! Not very good really

Huge Safety Issue on Delivery
by DavidPhx on 03/26/2023Stay away. I bought a used Ford F250. Upon delivery, they had 65psi in the rear tires and 55psi in the front tires. I didn't check anything as bigger trucks have higher psi in the tires normally. I was airing up my trailer tires and decided… I'd check the truck. The truck tires are only rated for 44psi. It appears this was done so the TPMS wouldn't show low tires. Talk about a safety issue. I've put about 200 miles on the truck in this condition. Unimpressed
by Unimpressed on 03/09/2023I made a Saturday appointment online for a warranty issue that I explained in my “reason for the appointment” section. It was clearly an issue that would have to be diagnosed by a service tech using the diagnostic machine. I drove the 10… miles from my home on that Saturday and when I got there I was informed that no diagnostic services were done on Saturday and would need to reschedule the appointment to the following Monday. No apology whatsoever for the mixup and I was told that “she”, someone, of which I got no name, called or texted me to let me know. Yet, when I looked on my phone, there were no calls, no text and no emails. No notice whatsoever. It was a lame attempt to put the onus on me instead of taking responsibility for the dealer’s lack of Communication and Professionalism. Furthermore, I felt completely ignored the moment I entered the service drive both the first and second time and had to wave at the service writer to get their attention. Given their inattentive attitude, it was like they were doing me a “favor” by talking to me in the first place. After this experience, I will take my chances that I’ll get more attentive Service Writers that know how to greet a “Valued Customer” at another Ford dealer and gladly drive an even further distance to get it. I’ve had 3 new Expeditions in the last 6 years and this dealer has just assured themselves that they’ll not sell me the fourth.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. They quickly did only the items I requested. Although we did add replacing the air filter based on the… results of their multipoint inspection. Do not seem to be interested in good customer service
by Customer on 03/07/2023The last 2 times I have been to this dealer, I have felt it an imposition on the dealer for me to be onsite for service. The first time, I waited in the service bay for 15 minutes before feeling it necessary to go into the service booth to… get help. I asked to have DEF replaced in my truck and was told I should do it myself. Keep in mind, this is a service I wanted to pay for. The second time, 3/6/23, although having an appointment, I waited for 10 minutes before someone came out to greet me. There was no other person waiting for service so I am sure it wasn't because the dealer was too busy. When requesting to have my door looked at for a rattle, I was told I would need to leave the truck for several days. Wow, several days to take off a door panel and peek inside to see what is rattling. Perhaps it's because the truck is under warranty and there is no profit in doing this type of work. Who knows. Anyway, this dealer is close to where I reside making it convenient, however, I am seriously considering having work done elsewhere. Not certain this is of concern to them at all. Run, don’t walk away from this dealership
by AZ Redhead on 03/05/2023Dealership put me in danger by not doing water test on tire that went flat after test drive. Two tires with 26,000 miles should be replaced, not one (industry standard) which all they are willing to do. GM returned my call, but left a… call back number with no voicemail or he blocked my number. Called five times over 3 days and got the same thing. I left message with staff and never heard from him. They pushed their credit app throughout the day even though I had been preapproved by another lender at a better interest rate. They said it was the only form they had to gather all of the information. I didn’t think that was true and only provided name, address, phone number. Crossed out the rest. They did not reflect my $3100.00 payment of fees and added back $1400.00 in fees that were already paid in the contract. There are more issues, but space is limited. I am a white senior citizen woman. I doubt any of this would have occurred (and still ongoing) if I were a man. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. Maybe posting this review will prompt them to return my calls.Terrible

Their overall approach to customer service needs to change. It is impossible… to reach the Service Department by phone, which complicates and slows your process of scheduling an appointment. 6 Hour for a simple oil change
by RDMayes1 on 02/23/2023I had a 10:00 AM pre-scheduled appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 9:45 AM and they did not have me checked in until 10:15 AM. I exited the dealership at 3:45 PM. 6 hours to get an oil change. I have had poor service here… preeviously but only used this dealer because I still had Ford points. This car has 16,000 miles and I serviced here at 5K, 10 K and 16 K. Two of three visits were sub par for multiple reasons. I was told oil change would take about 3 hours. I sat at the dealership for 6 hours. IN 6 hours my only interface was with the service advisor, and payment clerk. Not a single sales associate spoke to me, or even made eye contact with me. Miserable 6 hours. I have been taking my other Ford to another shop so now that I have exhausted my points I will seamlessly move my Ford Ranger to the prefered site. No big deal it is closer to my house and they have won my trust.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
