Dealership Service Review
I have to say I am very disappointed in Ford. I have been bringing my car here for years and this is the first time I have had very poor communication. I asked for a call before service was performed and also set up for the complimentary drop off of my vehicle. My appointment was at 8am. At noon I called and was told I would receive a call back. At 2 I called again, no answer. At 2:30 I was told someone would call me back again. Finally at 3, she put me on hold and the guy called me but I didn’t click over bc I was on hold. Ford then hung up and I waited another hour for a call back. For the complimentary drop off, they only worked til 3:30 and by the time I finally spoke to someone it was after 4 and I had to leave my car overnight bc I did not have time to coordinating picking up my car. Also, my car is still making a funny noise so I called yesterday to have ‘my advisor’ listen to it. I was told he would call me back which of course he still has not. Not sure if new ‘leadership’ has taken over but I will be servicing my car elsewhere. This place has gone downhill and obviously still do not care about the customer. They did compensate me for the inconvenience but still no communication which I believe is key to a successful business.
