I bought a new 2024 Forrester. My trade-in was a 2018. My previous Forrester was a wonderful car, but this one seems to be even better. Better suspension for a smoother ride, and quieter. I like the fact that not everything changed so I… didn't have to re-learn it all. But what did change was for the better. Sales lady was great. The finance guy great and he also led me to know my car as well as the 2 week checkup to see if I was not having any problems. I think Subaru has an excellent sales department and they made the whole experience worth it.

by Dawgmom44 on 02/27/2024I like that I can just stop by for tire pressure check, road trip check or other brief needs without an appointment. They have been been reasonable wait times. For my appointments, they have always been timely, good on communication and… service is explained on what was checked, the results and work completed. My service manager, Roger, is excellent.new car

I could have figured tall this out by myself but most people would have trouble but Findlay… made it easy for anyone. Also doing the paperwork went fast. This is my 3rd Subaru from Findlay and I have never had any issues with their maintenance service either.5 Star Friendly

I appreciate the help he provided me-- he really saved me as I… had to drive a distance in my car the day after. As a plus, Taire the cashier was very efficient in getting me checked out! She was very knowledgeable about their products, very polite, professional and… a genuine pleasure to work with. Also, John, the gentleman I finished the deal with was also great to work with; quick, no arm twisting, professional, and fun to work with. This is a no pressure, no games, dealership! They offer excellent value, honest answers, and excellent service! Plus, my new Subaru is amazing! I had to order it, but it arrived two months early!!! About two or more months ago I found myself buying my first Subaru and it happened to be a new Pearl Blue or Rally Blue 2022 WRX Base model. Reason… because it was the only one available at the time. It was a wonderful experience and I fell in love with the car. Rebecca treated me so good and all the staff made it feel like I was joining a family and as a matter of fact that’s what happened. They a few weeks ago I head that another new 2022 WRX was on it’s way. This one was the new WRX GT version. 8 speed automatic with suspension controls and it is loaded to the max. It came in the other day and is Ceramic White which pops out. I took a short test drive and fell in love. I had to have it. Don’t get me wrong my other one is amazing but if the new WRX GT in Ceramic White would have been there when I got the others one I would have gotten the GT. Again the buying experience was so easy and they took good care of my needs. So if you’re even thinking about a new car or SUV come over to Fridley Subaru in Prescott Arizona and see Rebecca and tell here Johan sent you. You won’t be disappointed. Would I buy either 2022 Subaru WRX Base or GT again. Absolutely!!!!Great Experience!

Amy was terrific, reaching out to me to let me know the order window opened up for Crosstreks. I was able… to get the exact car I wanted without any ridiculous dealer over MSRP markup that Phoenix dealers are charging due to chip shortages. Amy followed up and let me know when my car was in and scheduled an appointment early the next morning to accommodate my tough schedule. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. Bobby, Jonathan, and John were terrific - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My new Crosstrek and paperwork was all prepped and ready to go. Findlay made me truly feel like a valued customer - something I haven’t experienced in a long time. If you’re in the Phoenix area and looking for a Subaru, I recommend expanding your search area and contacting Findlay and making the 1.4 hr drive up north to purchase your vehicle. It was the best new car purchase experience. Can’t say enough nice things about Amy, Bobby, John, and Jonathan. Wonderful people and wonderful service!
