Purchased a new 22 Crosstrek from Findlay Subaru of Prescott last Saturday. It was the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Amy was terrific, reaching out to me to let me know the order window opened up for Crosstreks. I was able to get the exact car I wanted without any ridiculous dealer over MSRP markup that Phoenix dealers are charging due to chip shortages. Amy followed up and let me know when my car was in and scheduled an appointment early the next morning to accommodate my tough schedule. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. Bobby, Jonathan, and John were terrific - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My new Crosstrek and paperwork was all prepped and ready to go. Findlay made me truly feel like a valued customer - something I haven’t experienced in a long time. If you’re in the Phoenix area and looking for a Subaru, I recommend expanding your search area and contacting Findlay and making the 1.4 hr drive up north to purchase your vehicle. It was the best new car purchase experience. Can’t say enough nice things about Amy, Bobby, John, and Jonathan. Wonderful people and wonderful service!
