by pflores0402 on 02/19/2015I made my service appointment online through their service scheduler. It was super easy and quick, and I received a reminder email the day before my appointment. When I got to the dealership, the remainder of the experience was just as… smooth. Saul Sanchez handed me a complimentary coffee/drink voucher for the cafeteria, and let me know that the wait would be approximately an hour and a half. Once my car was done, Saul came personally to let me know. He quickly explained all the services that were performed on my car, thanked me for coming in, and handed me his business card so that I could schedule my next appointment with him. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back for future car services.Thank you for the amazing review and glad that Saul & Our team were able to deliver the service your deserve. That would have made the 2 and1/2 hr wait a bit easier. Good job,it wasn't to long of a… wait considering the work done, however, an update would've been a plus. Still an excellent experience.Wonderful Experience!

Regardless of how many times I have bought cars in the past, it can be really overwhelming and Anthony really made this process seemless and actually enjoyable. Everyone at Courtesy Chevrolet was great but Anthony really stood out. It was clear he wanted me to be extremely satisfied with the car I went home with and took the time and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Before coming to Courtesy Chevrolet I worked with two other dealerships that sugar coated everything when working me. I was told that everything was great and… excellent but in the end I was still without a car. Ivan and Ken did not sugar coat and instead they reassured me they would do what they could to help me get into a car. He knew that I would be taking my Chevy… across country to New England and he did a thorough job with that in mind. All the folks at Courtesy Chevrolet ARE Courteous so the name is right on! The drivers were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience. I notice Courtesy had a… lot of employees in the Service areas to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Great job!!!Happy

After speaking with Tony Lee from the online sales department and gathering some information about the vehicle, I scheduled a time to stop by the dealership and see the truck the… following day. When I arrived Tony Lee started showing me around the lot. The first vehicle he showed me was a red Chevy Cavalier. I told him I was looking for a truck - specifically the one I saw online - and that I did not like red vehicles. We continued around the lot as Tony tried to show me one vehicle after another that did not match what I was in the market for. I finally asked him to take me to the truck that I saw online. Tony told me that vehicle was no longer in stock. I asked when he was planning to tell me that the vehicle I came to see wasn't going to be there. He didn't have an answer aside from telling me that they have plenty of other vehicles. He didn't even apologize for blatantly lying to me. I left the dealership and told him I wouldn't be coming back. Tony still had the nerve to continue calling me trying to get me to come back, even after I told him to stop calling. Tony Lee was disrespectful and dishonest and wasted my time.LOV_MY_CAR

It helps to enjoy the long wait for your car when the associates are smiling. The girl at the check out was helpful as well when she caught I had… the GM deal so I didn't end up paying for my tire rotation which was covered when I purchased my car in Jan 2014. I am very happy with my car and the continued service your dealership provides each visit. :)procrastinator
