Worst dealership than ever. Please stay away

The General Sales Manager Todd Long called me for a Honda Fit $17,400 OTD and when I came there to sign the paperwork, the salesman Rick Goodman… said he was not there and the Sales Manager didn't agree on the deal after I have been waiting for 2 hours. What a jokes! Does the sales manager have much power than a general sales manager? They keep lying you to drag you come to the store and then change the deal. Please avoid at all cost. You will waste your time to deal with them and get nothing because they love to lie.Worst sale manager EVER!!!!!!!!!

Iv purchased my last two cars from them and when I was in there yesterday looking for a car in my price range they kept pushing me to look at others out of my range. After they seen that numbers would… not work out for me they had me look at the IS300 numbers seemed to work out so I was going to buy it, When your finance guy kept pushing the warranty on me he talked me out of buying the IS300 due to the age and mileage so I told him ill just come back on the weekend and look for a newer car to purchase. The sales manager tried to lower the price on the IS300 to make me still wanted it. After I declined the offer he said thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time I can not believe there sales manager would be so unprofessional especially to some one that has purchased 2 cars from them in the past.NO PROFESIONALISM WHAT SO EVER ****
by corinamer on 04/19/2012updated 07/29/2025I went to purchase a vehicle, walked out with no paperwork , comes to find out the bank didnt even qualify me and know i got shafted $ 450 out of my hard earned money.... B.c i used the vehicle while thinking the deal was a go. John Savona… and Tod Long, and Sean Weis and Curt Welch are the worst people to deal with everrrr. I am know investing this dealer with Gary Harper and posted a complaing with the BBB. So unprofessional..... Stay awayyyyyyOUCH

Read the other Edmunds Showcase Honda customers reviews. Places are seldom all good or all bad; but… from my experiences with Showcase Honda, I believe the bad and some good comments. But who needs a poison pill with the applesauce, so to speak. I strongly recommend staying away from Showcase Honda. Over many years, this is my worst experience with a car agency.Simple Fast and Easy

They gave me the out the door price in an email and it didn't change when I got there. My credit is great so I knew I could get the… financing. I did not have a trade in but my brother now has a 10 year old Honda Accord and will probably have it for another 10 years! Overall they made it easy to do business. My salesperson was great! If we stay in Phoenix and buy another Honda it will definitely from Showcase Honda!Great sales team

He was knowledgable and answered any questions and concerns we had immediately. If he didnt know he used that… phone of his to look it up. He never guessed. The facility is fantastic. All employees we met were friendly, concerned about our experience there, They seemed very content to be there! Financing was made very easy and fast Thank Hassan. We will recommend this Honda dealership over and over, and return for our next car!Stay Away From Here
