    They have had this vehicle since April 25; less than three full days after my purchased and they have not yet completed the repairs. They sent vehicle to Bell Ford who performed warranty work. They are dragging their feet. How anyone could be satisfied by their service is beyond me.
    • Mr.Northey you purchased the vehicle on 04.22.2018 You brought the vehicle on 04.25.2018 and advised us that you wants us to find you a different truck due to issues with the Ford you purchased. You said that you want a Toyota Tundra. I advised you that it might take time to find a Tundra for you. We agreed to do that and also agreed to provide you with a comparable vehicle to drive - Nissan Titan Crew Cab. We did not charge you for loaner. A week later you called us and advised us that you changed his mind and want us to repair your Ford. We send the car to Bell Ford for repairs that are covered under powertrain warranty. They returned the car to us on 05.22.2018. The were additional repairs necessary that were not covered by the warranty. Also Arizona Best Cars was not legally obligated to perform the repairs,I agreed to cover the cost of repairs as good will. You then went on and start to live negative reviews about Arizona Best Cars. Although I felt that Arizona Best Cars went front and back to assist you and you bashing us on internet was not justified, I did not go back on my word to finish repairs as a goodwill and even fully detailed it for you.
